Great news about dispute over territory being resolved ... next results must be quite soon now too so fingers crosses they are positive.

News will come about the JV by end of March time ... only a matter of time ... I'm also now topping up steadily at these prices ... short term gains look promising but medium term over next 3-5 years this company could be a total game change IMHO.

Hi ... I also do some trading on the side so to speak ... with Ceres my main holding is almost exactly where I originally bought in ... but bought a fair few in low 300s a while ago as thought that was crazily low and sold in high 400s so a 50% profit which I banked. Apart from Clean Tech Lithium which has been my best performing share over the last year ...all my power holdings have been very flat or down so side trading has been my main source of income. Short term Ceres at the moment is a gamble on when/if the JV is signed ... simple binary gamble ... it will either be somewhere in the mid 500s or above or 300s ... long term I consider it a great hold but I'll def be buying a fair few more off we slip below 400 while we're waiting for news ... have a great weekend. Morning ... well there was never any chance of Q2 drilling (or early Q3) due to risk of heavy rains ... I say risk as weather is so all over the place here that you can never be 100% sure these days ... I've bought back in this morning at 5.4p ... was hoping for a bit lower but think this is a good entry price ... squirrel away in bottom drawer now ... see you in July cheers

After the copper announcement we now have this ... looks extremely promising now and think the steady gains of the last month will continue now ?

Hi, I'm also quite heavily invested in East Star resources (which purely by co incidence I add) DM is on the BOD ... over the last month we've seen great gains since copper results were announced and then this morning the initial gold RNS has dropped which looks so promising ... so sure DM is going to rather well with ESR and keep plenty of bread on the table.

Hi ... well CEOs do tell porkies all the time so you would never have stood a chance with a lawsuit ! ... buy back in now around the 5p mark and IMHO should double up in Q3 cheers

Well I'm afraid the Q1 drilling was a blatant lie so they could raise more funds ... there was never any chance whatsoever ... although rainy seasons here are all over the place and so unpredictable now they could never take the risk of moving all that gear in Q1 ... those kind of things I didn't like about DM even though I made profits when I knew it was mis information ... but I guess that was his job

Hi, I'm in Tanzania at the mo and good news is that after 2 years of virtually no rain which has been devastating for farmers and livestock we have been having some tropical downpours recently including today. In my experience when these periods of extreme droughts end they are usually followed by excessive rain which often causes minor (and sometimes not so minor) landslides etc. The rains usually start here about April time so there is no chance of any rig mobilisation until Q3 ... IMHO it's good news that DM has gone ... he just made too many errors of judgement to have any credibility left as a CEO ... but the tendency here to blame him for everything is also wide of that mark. Expect this to slip gradually over next few weeks to somewhen around the 5p mark which will represent a fantastic buy in price. Cheers

Hi .. I've been out of the loop for past 5 weeks as in Africa and been beyond internet ... some lovely gains here ... why do you think JV is imminent ? ... Was thinking about cashing in and taking profits but most people think this has further to run ? Cheers

I've hit on a cool side investment strategy over last year or so ... basically do exact opposite of what Motley fool predict ... Easy Jet and Ceres power they said def sell a few months ago and both have had fantastic gains.

This always looked way over sold to me and I topped up quite heavily in mid 350s ... medium term this will back up above 600 without any doubt

yes I do agree ... but my experience on AIM in general is to always take decent profits when they occur ... CTL does have lots to offer for a medium hold though ... think I'll spin a coin ... heads sell ... tails hold ... you choose

I've been beyond land of internet for most of past month ... just checked some holdings and CTL has increased 45% during this time ... what is people's thinking ... cash in and take profits or stay for medium/long term ? Cheers

I've been working in Uganda for last 3 weeks but now in Tanzania ... totally out of the loop with all news but share price seems to have held up really really well ... last time I checked this site just after drill news it was all doom and gloom .. there was never any chance of a Q! drill anyway ... weather just too unpredictable at this time of year to take the risk of all those trucks moving drill etc to site so I think Q1 drilling was always a white lie ahead of the raise ... now they have funds in bank they will have to drill in Q3 this year or all credibility will be lost so IMHO this is a great bottom drawer hold until then.

yes exactly ... it will come down to whether they really have other options or they are starting from scratch ... anything under 5p and I'll be hoovering ... so much over reaction to this share ... utterly bonkers ... and great way of making profits if you go in opposite direction to the headless chickens ha ha

well said ... if you're not aware of the risks of exploration compose on AIM then 2 words of advice ... !) you never trust what board members say ... it's their job to put best foot forward. 2) aim for 3 out 4 failing and gamble on the 1 in 4 chance of large gains ... HE! hasn't failed so long time to run

I never used to do short term share dealing until I was addicted by HE1 ... along with my main holding here which is long de risked and squirrelled away just in case there is a discover I've been regularly trading more of shares on the side ... my rule has been that whenever I make 25% profit on the swings I sell and wait for it them to come down again ... it's now done 25% since my last buy at 5.7 a few days ago ... but ... I'm not selling this time ... just have a feeling that we could nearly double from here once rig is in place.
