Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
As I said earlier, lots pumping there own agendas at these times, GLP will claim victory, I advise people to wait for the official verdict and full story before making any moves....nothing is known yet and the odds are in favour of a government win.
Good luck all (apart from any shorters) this is all rather exciting!
The fact there hasn't been a single mention of today judgement by the attention seeking GLP today tells me they already know they have lost.
Half an hour!
I'm sticking that any sales will be mopped up and 13p or more close :)
We will soon see what happens, less than an hour to find out.
Yes some day traders will likely sell whatever the news but people should remember even with this big rise Mcap of 11 million ish take away cask in bank values thus business at around £4million.
Yes! A company capable of making over 100 million tests a year in a growing sector, covid still with us and about to hit hard with lots of other irons in the fire....just 4 mill, it's still got a long, long way to go up before true value is reflected in the SP.
Dev, care to explain what part of that statement you believe to be untrue and why?
Correct No.
It's based on a very under valued company about to release news that clears its name and puts a long saga to bed that has been holding them back. It also puts an extra £1.5 million in their bank (a lot of money for a company valued at £11million that already has £6million in the bank.
The rise is totally justified based on what we know is actually happening.
I believe P&D is when things rise with no particular reason behind it which is certainly not the case here.
The answe to both is no one knows.
My guess for what it's worth is it will not drop below 6p on bad news (around ABDX cash in bank value)
On good news, with this fair wind behind us I would say 14p ish maybe more is not out of reach.
My exsit price is £2. Some may think I'm having a laugh but that would be a Mcap of £244 million which is still small compared to other companies that regularly make 100 million+ LFT's a year.. its all in ABDX capabilities and they are at any one time just one good contract and signature away from it.
Still two and a half hours before judgement time. One presumes there will be another SP jump up with a positive ruling. It could be a very high SP jump indeed today?....That would be very nice, yet still keep ABDX in the undervalued club!
I love it when this happens but its not good for work productivity! Can't stop refreshing Google!
Yep, when this one goes it really goes! Not many free float shares out there. For a company that has recently invested over £20 million, in a growing sector, lots of fingers in lots of pies, had a SP of over 50p just a year ago...Still with an Mcap of under £11 million its a steal!
I said it before but a long time a go, so as a reminder to any that have maybe not been watching this hole affair as closely as I have.
There is a good chance that the first we hear of the result will come from a GLP tweet. I can garentee now that whatever the result they will claim some sort of victory. They have loads of previous history on this. A big 20 page ruling and they will pick a line that says "the court agree that the goverment didn't follow protocol"...this will be enough for them to say "court agrees with GLP!"
They will miss out the next line/rest of the document that says "however the court recongises that it was in a time of exceptional circumstances therefore no laws were broken etc...
Don't go making any decisions or presumptions until you get the full true story which will be nothing like the GLP version.
I'm sleeping on it Pumpky. I want to but will be braking my own investment rules if I do, I have the morning session to decide.
122 million shares, so 1p on the SP is = to £1.2 million on the Mcap.
By logical rights we should get at least a 1p swing either way so 15% ish up or down....red or black place your bets.
GLP have lost a similar cases agaist the goverment, we (and I hope the judge) now know Abingdon was not on the VIP list so got no preferable treatment. It was always a weak GLP argument with no actual proof of wrong doing, after sifting through thousands of emails they found a few where civil servant were covering their backs saying its not protocol was the best they could come up with....well no **** we are in the middle of a major pandemic, 1000s dieing and a nation stuck in their homes....very easy and fair argument for why steps got skipped.
Yeah, I'm convincing myself into a top up!
Around 4p /40% if memory serves correctly.
Huuuum, to take a gamble and have a top up or not?
One likes to think we will get a decent rise with a goverment win and a confirmed £1.5million exta in ABDX Bank account. A GLP win, yep a bit of a fall maybe but at rock bottom prices you like to think only a temporary one....oh what to do, I'm already in deep here which means my sensible part of my head says no, but it also means my chancer said says, well why not, what's another few k then!
Some movement and something good to talk about tomorrow, bring it on!
Nice find Muck!
Whatever the outcome (I'm still very confident the goverment will win) the whole saga will be put to bed and over which is a very good thing!
A bit premature to say maybe but there does appear to be a bit of excitement/momentum building again in the (and I hate to say it because its not solely what any of the companies do and a label they all want to escape from) ‘Covid’ test stocks.
You can’t make news if its not there but now would be a prime time to release some if they have it. E.g. I was speculating with Apre recently about a possible re-launch of the Avacta test, an RNS to say that’s happening and manufacturing will commence (I would even accept the annoying) ‘in due course’ (whatever the hell time frame that actually means?) would boost the SP of both firms massively!….. always good to strike while the iron is hot! But just an ideal, lets not get worked up if it doesn’t come…which, lets face it is the more likely scenario unfortunately.
Indeed Bullish, and not forgetting that's on top of the £500,000 they put in just last December.
