What is causing hold ups on operations at the moment?
Is it the pandemic/political/regulatory reasons or other any others?

Hi all, new to the board and still gathering info on the company before I invest
I appreciate that they mainly focus on gas but with the current low prices on oil stocks I have been looking around for one and this intrigues me, especially with their use of CO2, but in general how does this work? All I get when I search CO2 oil extraction is regarding cannabis!!
I am assuming it is a replacement for drilling, right or wrong?
Is this solely for use in oil fields where oil reserves are in decline and the big producers have moved on?
Are there any rough figures on the cost per barrel to extract the oil?
Is the pandemic currently holding back operations at the moment?
Any other snippets of advice or info is appreciated

I am also invested in BRH like hulltiger, but whilst enjoying the current highs I have no doubt there will be more lows coming on the back of more vaccine news, the next probably being oxford uni/azn coming very soon. I will see what next week brings and probably do some top slicing too.
With the current low prices I have been considering investing in an oil stock and PRD seems very interesting indeed. I've been doing a bit of research and see that they are also involved in gas exploration in Ireland and Morocco too.

Trueway, looking at your posts you obviously bought in the mid 60's and couldn't praise BRH enough. When it dropped you bottled it and sold, and losing money has turned you into a basher.
Not sure if your question is a genuine one in desperation to regain your losses or a sarcastic dig, as you are bitter. Either way, I find both amusing as I'm still invested and very content with the current SP situation, no doubt others are too

Totally understandable weathergeek, I'm sure you're not too bothered what the likes of Elonmuskthe**** or others say. From my introduction from him when I joined this BB I thought the guy was a complete tool, now that's confirmed.
He wildly accuses most newbies, of having multiple accounts, considers himself some sort of authority on here and was notably always seeking approval from you when you was posting quality info on a regular basis, asking your opinion, etc. Now he is more like a dog that turns round and bites its owner.

New to the board, only invested last week but definitely agree with you iceman. The masks will only be a money spinner until we have a vaccine, which there are several being tested at the moment. A relative that works in a NHS covid team says that some are looking very positive too. The tests will still be needed even after a vaccine is found
