I think the following announcement concerns HMB not HRE.
LONDON (Dow Jones)--Hameldon Resources Ltd. (HMB.LN), gold mining and exploration group, which is operating the Sekisovskoye gold mine close to Ust Kamenogorsk in East Kazakhstan, said Monday it has conditionally placed 111.67 million new ordinary shares with new and existing investors at 0.60 pence per share to raise GBP670,000 before expenses.
MAIN FACTS:
-Proceeds of the placing will be deposited into an escrow account pending satisfaction of conditions precedent.
-Company has also entered into a transaction to invest GBP429,999 in Ascot Mining PLC (ASMP.PM) by way of a subscription for convertible loan notes issued with a 10% coupon, redeemable in 2015, and convertible at any time at HRE's discretion into new Ascot ordinary shares at 20 pence per share.
-HRE also has been granted warrants to subscribe for 3.01 million additional new Ascot ordinary shares at 20 pence per new Ascot ordinary share, valid for five years.
-Hameldon Resources shares at 1335 GMT down 0.01 pence, or 1.2%, at 0.81 pence valuing the company at GBP1.34 million.
