The Company has issued 3,166,667 shares in lieu of cash, for professional services. According to the RNS, there are now 1,860,913,973 shares in issue. Could some clever mathematician amongst us tell us what percentage the former is of the latter? Surely not the 8.33% we are seeing in the share price . . . . . . . . .

After the news this morning that Black Rock had bought millions at .4p., I expected ATC to drift back. I'm looking to top up on NRRP and just keep my eyes open. THR look good at 3.25p., may top up there.

I think it's an RBS Euro Warrants Board. I see ATC are being bought at .76p!
