In my mind;
Shell obviously think SFB is worth the effort otherwise they would not be involved.
Shell would have the resource and technical bods to find a workaround.
As the owner, perhaps the nominations are not then an issue, or if so, would possible be peanuts to them?
As the owner, the time line is not so tight?

I doubt very much that both ANGS and Shell would have invested all the time, effort and in ANGS case money on a doubtful project.
For all we know gas is flowing, and they have been monitoring to get the flow stabilised before agreeing the nominations before announcing. Better to announce actual rather than maybe’s. If you have not got the patience or balls sell up and put your money under your mattress.
