I have just clicked the announcement from Newcrest*s tweet of last night with the drilling results from Havieron [Link in my last post].

Gervaise Heddle, CEO of Greatland Gold [JV partner of Newcrest] said in his Proactive Interview of today that Hole 23 has 23g/t gold and mentioned NORTH WEST.

I have just looked up Newcrest*s said announcement for the drilling map and HOLE 23 IS NORTH OF HAVIERON [David Lenigas mentioned North which is to Artemis*s licence at Armada].

hi, really do not know if already posted or even valid info, but looking on Newcrest chat page i cut an copied this comment, which i thought maybe could be useful for further chats here.

Not at all, on reading my post, that was exactly what i thought and wish i had said so at the end

back in with 85669 shares but much smaller stake, after selling SOLG at a big loss and making my money back up to slight profit in BMN. I really do not think (says my heart) that all is bad and NM really does have a plan. What i do wonder is with such a large number of staff employed, is he really going to just say goodby your jobs are gone when/if he sells or is he really going to go for heavy financing and go build a mine or probably mines. I really do not think he is capable to do this, i sincerely hope he knows this and is just trying to squeeze a good price out of NC and BHP. I hope his strategy works and they do not see through it.

Just like to thank you LTH for your knowledgeable info over this last year, i found most of it very useful, some of it confusing and at times have a chuckle at the humour, Thank You all. Looking forward to 2020 and wish you all the very best and a prosperous New Year

i was a 3 year investor in SOLG in at 38p, cut an ran several weeks ago with about 40k loss. But put remaining 65k into BMN an now getting back on track. I really thought solg was going to make me financially secure in my old age and NM was the king pin with a clear insight knowing where, how and when this would pan out. My views are mixed and wonder why he would employ hundreds of locals if he was going to sell, so does he intend to mine? if so, where would the enormous amount of money come from, will he issue more shares too 3 billion level or more, making share price crash. I would like to get back into SOLG but what the hell is happening in the background why is there no information on where the company is going and worse still how much lower will the share price fall?

thats me out, down 30k, fed up and really ****ed off, This is really hard work to stay focused and loyal for so long with little or no news that helps the share price move up, just a little, once in awhile.Seems to be underwater for the last three years. On a happy note, at least i got out with some of my stake intact.

oh well all in now, could be a very stupid move or a good move. Just reinvested what i cashed in two days ago and bought a wopping 231323 only time will tell if i should be richer or alot poorer. going away from watching this fall and hope at the bottom for today

sorry if already reported, but i found this quite interesting from cornerstone ref in parts about SOLG, ENSA,how they came to there 15% price of it, How broke they are and working with Newcrest.................

has anyone any ideas how long the money in the kitty for drilling, wages ect is expected too last and will there probally be a fund raising in the not to distant future, also if we do manage to take over CGP, will it be additional shares issued and will that incure any costs from the kitty.

Memories going abit at my age but am I right in thinking solg get first option to buy their shares owned by CGP if and when a buyer should come alone to CGP to get in by the backdoor

What with the later than expected MRE, USA picking on Iran and China, market sentiment too all the troubles in the world, this is a great time to buy, bad news now out of the way over the last three days, so we must be about to have world good news and upward SOLG share price. I believe this to be fact and spent the last of my cash buying 100873. that's me done...……. probably better not remortgage the house. good luck all, only invest what you can afford to lose.

Satan, absolutly no reason to tell porkies, i like to stay in the back ground and have no reason to make myself look good. what i said is the truth, except yes it was an email, sorry for the short term excitement, at my age and internet/mobile phone inexperience, text and email got confused.

yes of course text NM about two months ago, said i was worried about my shares going down with the loss then at about 35k and he replied to my first text to him saying "he would average down"

DG1. i know how you feel, i am in same boat in at 44p, averaged down to 35p but still 37k down. i try hard to realise and remember what SOLG have and they have alot, it surly cannot go tits up with so much in the locker. I text MN and he said average down, that was good enough for me and holding as i am so sure we will all get the results we were expecting..............eventually, just got to stay the course and wait
