Billy, this is ROQ we are talking about. 1.8p is the conversion price but the placing price with the sp at all time lows is not going to be that is it ? The last placing carried a discount for a future placing which makes it even worse also. It’s been an absolute mess for over a year now. To hide an extension on the Pleiades deal was a disgrace imho. Why have they not updated the market on that ? They have been trying to rise this money for over a year so it obviously isn’t happening. If they miss the deadline again are they going to agree a new price for the deal like last time ?

The lack of updates and communication is the reason the sp is at all time lows.

To hide an updated completion date in a research note sums these up.

Imagine they will just extend the completion date again and probably set a new price for the RTO also as it looks like that is what the market is pricing in now.

My biggest winners have come in the shares with the biggest spreads.

This used to be so illiquid that the mms could justify the spread.

Now though, it’s one of the most traded shares on the market by volume daily and the whole amount of shares in issue have been traded in January.

Which market maker is on the offer ? I don’t have L2 at the moment.

A broker had a target price of 196p in 2024.

That would value the company at c £900 million.

I’d ask them or read the note.

0.5p seems cheap imho.
