Issued shares at 100p accounted for 13% of the total following the placing. Institutions could have taken below 3% so don’t have to notify.

Isn’t OBC a cheaper way of buying AFN ?

OBC own 18% of AFN so that is worth £1.25m to OBC based on AFN’s current sp/cap. .

OBC are currently capped at £1.8m at 21p so their enterprise value is just £550,000.

OBC raised £1m at 100p earlier this year.

Thoughts appreciated.

OBC’s investment in AFN is worth £1.25m today and OBC are capped at £1.8m.

Big institutions paid 100p for £1m worth of stock not long ago and here we are at 23p.

When there are several derampers on a share that I own as it proves there is a great case for it to move up.

40p first target for me going off the chart. 100p second target as that is what the institutional investors paid for £1 million worth of shares. 23p to buy currently, lovely.

The volume of trades on Wednesday this week was the highest since mid August when the share price finished at 52.5p.

That’s just another fact but let’s see what the replies are to that as the bashers seem keen today !

I don’t care what other people think. There is something obvious on the chart that tells me we will see 40p sometime soon and I can wait.

What makes OBC a good investment:

1. Advfn shareholding is worth £1.2m today means strip that out and OBC is currently being valued at £750k.
2. No debt
3. Raised £1m at 100p
4. 8.6m shares in issue is very low
5. Two board members own 32% of co between them
6. 186.5p year high v 18p year low so at 23p a decent bet imho
7. New board appointment has options at 47.5p
8. Shorts need to close so that’ll be exciting
9. Bashers on forums getting desperate to try and keep sp down.

Just shows what the company think of shareholders when they can’t even be bothered to update them on the Align requisition.

I’ll back Align with all of my shares.

I didn’t say it would be 40p tomorrow at all.

I said that’s my target based on the chart. I use technical and fundamental analysis when making an investment.

Year high 186.5p v year low of 18p and we are currently at 23p to buy. Personally I think that’s a decent bet but I’m not making anyone hit the buy button and offer no advice whatsoever when it comes to making investments.

Some on here are desperate for people to sell and I’m wondering why ?
