People realising the potential and realising they can get in 30% cheaper than the most recent placing and where directors and employees put in £138,000 between them. They know more than us. That was at 0.335p. 50% upside just to get back to that.

It’s based on the chart.

I invest in shares based on fundamentals and technicals and this is proving a great risk:reward from here considering the considerable discount to the last placing alone which directors and employees bought £138,000 worth of shares between them.

Obviously the chart gap isn’t going to get filled overnight but it’s just an added bonus for me when doing my own research.

PYC was a big one for me last year and I based that investment on the chart and fundamentals.

Upside from here is frightening.

These were 18p once and there is a gap on the chart at 7p. Gaps usually get filled in my experience. That would be nice.

Have very recently coughed up £138,000 between them to buy shares at 0.335p.

We can currently buy in the market at 0.23p.

People moan about placing a sometimes but here is your chance to get in 30% cheaper than them meaning you will be 50% up when they are just getting their money back.

This spiked to 0.75p not long ago. News is due.

Is the dispute a smokescreen fort a takeover ?

COPL chrapest they have ever been.

They got a placing away after the dispute was announced and that was at 0.335p so 50% upside just to get back to that.

Announced alongside the placing:

Mr. Arthur Millholland, President and CEO, commented: "The proceeds from the placing will be directed towards on-going general expenses, which covers our qualified technical team and in-house Counsel. In strengthening our balance sheet, we are able to continue to focus on securing a financing package for the highly prospective OPL 226 project offshore Nigeria. As previously announced we are in late stage discussions with an oil service group and we look forward to updating the market on this is due course."

That’s just to get back to the placing price in which employers and directors took £138k worth of shares.

These were trading at 10p two years ago and 0.60p not long back so 0.22p seems a bargain to me.

It seems at the minute, if you sell shares in this all you are doing is helping the mms sell on those shares to someone else. Risky if you want exposure to Biscathorpe as you won’t be able to get back in cheaper imo.
