Cash and liabilities3 Oct 2019 10:50
I would have a read of the balance sheet and ask yourselves how long can they last without needing another placing or other form of fundraising.
Of course a JV partner might come along or a bigger company who just takes them out but this company had 3.3m euros worth of liabilities falling due this year and just 153,000 euros in cash and receivables at the half year stage.
They have raised 250,000 in July but how long is that going to last ? I would imagine that wouldn't even cover corporate costs associated with listing on AIM, plus you have director fees, office, exploration etc etc ? 6 months operating expenses were 285,000 euros. See half year report.
I have no position here and won't any time soon as they have done nothing but disappoint ever since it came to AIM.
I wonder what they are and how they are going to pay those 3.3m in liabilities ?
