see pre close statement we know they are going to be ahead of market expectations and news in january said record car sales. now inch will be debt free they can start paying a divi again also and will IMO

placing in november just after the interim results was at 1.88p. the ii's would not have paid that unless they new the results for year end were going to be at least comparable.

drop is down to lack of news and people getting bored of waiting IMO. re read all the rns recently and this are some key points I read, 'transformational' directors statement 10mn a year contract bought for 10k! 1.4mn ebita first half year profit 155mn quid order book 3mn cost saving on integration of businesses director buy 700k at 1.8p! top ten security provider. prelim results are announced usually on the close date last prelim results were out on 30th sept when the books were closed and confirmed interim results a month later. we should have prelim results on last day of march. I topped up yesterday @1.45 and will again. I sold BARC to fund my top ups here and they were my biggest holding! I am banking on this baby doubling at least on results. whether i am right or wrong who knows but the figures are there for all to see. just need to hold for 29 days and all will be revealed. My guess is you wont see sub 2p ever again after march 25th ish

results out end of march so this will drift over the next few weeks. todays sell is a buy at 1.40 the lowest buy price of the year!! half year profit of 1.4mn. so double it lets say 3mn. + 500k no recurring costs in first quarter so add that plus new contracts. I can see profit being 4mn+ and maybe a divi. fair price for that bundle 4.8p. thats all I know dude topped up yesterday at 1.45 and will top up again if i could get 1.35buy.

buy is at its 52 wk low of 1.45 which i paid originally so had 50k more. just read the last rns again about director buy od 350k shares at 1.8. Read it wrong first time. he bought 350k of shares twice. ie 700k in tow days at 1.8. ready for results now. roll them out LGNG.

Hanna has acquired 330,000 shares at 29.58p each, costing a total of £97,614. That takes his stake to 700,000 shares. Hanna acquired 333,000 shares at 6p each in April’s rights issue. 29.58 costing 100k. in december he must know the results are going ot be good otherwise he would have waited to buy.

up 7% again. buys showing as sells? 1mn buy? results or TU must be soon. Gandi says end of march although in the past they have issue a pre close update a couple of weeks prior to results so news could be 2 weeks or 4 weeks away. exciting tho? should go into orbit on results IMO anything above £3mn profit and this sp should be around 4.5p. good luck mate
