As I've already said, I believe this is the beginning of the rerate, a number of analysis, based on out of date data given a Share price of 21p for GGP, again based on out of date data, reworked this should be closer to 30p.

We know that for the coming months we have steady update flow all pointing to being positives, it's an exciting year for GGP!

In the short term at least, it's going only one way ↗️

I think Friday might be the start of the short term SP rerate of approx. 20p (of which may I add, is based on old stats)

I was in here originally 2020 and sold my small holding early 2021 for a happy profit, I know some that have held throughout, a couple seeing them become millionaires on paper in December 2020, they'll be millionaires again soon enough I'm sure!
