OPEC exports jump last month ahead of meeting probably got something to do with poo. That to me indicates a meaningful cut is on the table.

Reuters today saying that insiders from OPEC cartel are talking about a 1.3 million bpd cut. All good for poo.

Higher lows however. The overall trend is up.

Last week Saudi petroleum minister Khalid Al-F travelled to Nigeria to garner support to stabilize oil producers. He commented about the 2016 cuts in production to stabilize oil producers and how they had worked. Why would he do that if similar wasn't in the pipeline? He also ended by thanking Nigeria for their support.
