Hopefully hiring somebody like Tanya who understands the stock markets can investigate. If somebody is playing with the SP they could have a plan in place i.e. JSE dual- listing. It might be that they do not care as news due in the medium term.

I'll always have some BMN/ATM shares in my SIPP which I won't sell for 20 years, because I won't be able to use the cash anyhow.

Although this is an Indian share, I think this might describe something BMN could quite easily do as the business is doing well and growing each year. We are definitely having the drops it experienced :)
We are barely a few years into the story so the SP will catch up at some point. Some of the large Sp figures are not unreasonable at 8400mtV production, dividends and electrolyte/VRFB production.
Question is can you wait 4 - 5 years and ignore the trolls and analysts?

Hi Over from BMN in peace, if you look at Mogwhy's post 13.17 yesterday. It mentions Fangcheng using V from SA in its very large project when it is built in China.
I was just thinking this would suit Ironveld for a large deal, as BMN will hopefully be selling most of it's product and makings its own electrolyte.

V prices have been similar for a long while now so 20's fair price considering assets.
I know most of us expect more but this will come with VRFB contracts.

Well the big man has spoken from Crux so hopefully another interview soon. I still standby that there must be news of some sort if there is one planned as there is only so much FM can repeat about the Q1 results.
I don't know about you guys but I feel Matt really asks the questions we want answers to. If I ever have doubts about BMN I listen to that interview with Crux and want to add more money instead.

At least the website has updated the shareholder information but forgot to change the date from 2019. Seems the only sellers are CPI an DT so far of concern.
This was before the CPI RNS recently as they've knocked about 4.6m from that figure.
Whimax he did not sell a huge amount 650000 on that first notification which could have been done in 1 day no problems.

They gave a good account of the story behind the Chinese payments through an official RNS with timelines. I think it is reasonable that the turn of events might not be avoidable having had a long term relationship. What you do differently in this scenario as a CEO?

An interesting paragraph for me is this:
The Group has taken legal advice, which has confirmed that the full payment of £2.5m is due and payable. The Directors are considering their next steps. In the meantime, the Group is in the process of making contact with the new management team at Newsummit Biopharma to secure a date for settlement and will update shareholders as this process progresses.

If they are considering legal steps then they cannot discuss too much about this, especially if DT is complicit.
On a separate note if DT was naughty with selling after receiving inside information or breaching any company policies there might be further investigations launched. Again this cannot be discussed.

Even if things could be discussed, why would hang your dirty laundry out when you want to show the positives of the company to encourage investors. By showing its business as usual, it's portraying good leadership not the opposite.

I don't think anyone would come on ORPH if the SP halved to laugh at you or say the CEO is a fraud.

Usually CEO frauds have a high salary and have little skin in the game so they can abandon ship once they have milked the company. Im sure poor Joanne would be upset if her lifelong hard work does not pay off either with the same amount of shares and options as Dan.

As Dan is a phD scientist I don't expect him be a polished CEO or know how to play the share price as some business folk like Neil Ricketts on VRS with non-material RNS after RNS etc. (Once was invested there and took my profits)
Thats why I will give him the benefit of doubt with the China/DT fiasco as he needs to crack on with the science part. People like Keegan can deal with the business side of things now and don't think he will mess about.

We might be some time away from cannabinoids in UK but at least there is one patented product that nobody else can offer in the UK and soon some more.
Regardless we have been so wrapped up in NXP001-002 that we forget NFX has a pretty lucrative deal with Ebers of upto £51m milestone fees and royalties. Along with NXP001 proof of concept I can see why this company is still considered undervalued by many including the CEO with two avenues of income already in the making. A lot of pharma's have a larger market cap with one product going into phase 1 trials with no guarantee of success.
Even with the de- rampers on these BB's I had no qualms with doing my 3rd top up in a month when I could have could have gone to any COVID stock.
Let's hope the CEO can allay the many fears on here next week.

No ramp just an interesting take which I agree with regarding increasing tax revenue. Would be nice for the cannabinoid market to be taken advantage of by NFX/Ebers also.
