24th Sept since the last news on a product deal....Don't mind the delay if it was a large financial deal.

She's too stubborn Storm and done it all her life. It's very understaffed and without her and self-sacrificing NHS staff some wards won't even be able to function.

Bob I feel for you and your daughter and again we would hope something within NFX’s pipeline could be helpful if it is inflammatory/fibrotic in origin. It is a shame that anything this company can offer won’t be in use in the next 6-12 months minimum even if fast tracked.
Mother in-law is in the COVID ward as a senior nurse and in her 60’s. somehow managing to be negative for the antibodies. It’s always a worry as she’s not in best condition but managing 12 hour shifts with one coffee all day.

Cheers guys, not here for a sob story or sympathy. I know many of us do care about things beyond the money and invest in things that the world will benefit from.

Surely there is a link to how idiopathic fibrosis targets the similar organs as long-Covid and therefore the therapeutics. Both are inflammatory in origin so if 002/004 actually do what the company are suggesting it would be amazing if the inflammation could be reduced or stopped in multiple organs.
We are all just hoping the relevant studies and deals prove this to be the case.
Regardless I am here for the original promises and they just need to get the deal done for IPF and add clauses for extras if Long-COVID treatment is proved.

It would make sense for Glencore in SA to use its own Vanadium for self-generation rather than go towards lithium batteries which I cannot see something they are mining on their website.
They could potentially then use their own product in all its 150 mines/assets and make more money and reduce pollution.
This sounds more promising to me for imminent news than Eskom as I am sure they will not have as much competition and requirements to delay any announcements like Eskom.

Interesting article Nick. I recall Fortune mentioning something about being able to use Vanadium from Rhovan for its Electolyte or VRFBs. Now why would they mention this about a South African competitor......
Obviously they will make less money without supplying the V but this is good news for BE and Invinity/Enerox for other revenue streams.
Judging from the last RNS, Enerox seem to be the chosen ones for SA and Invinity for the western world so far.

Lionel, I think one RNS did say the costs of the energy will be similar to Eskom for BMN. The main aim is to show energy security away from Eskom and workability.
Most large companies would happily pay the equivalent to Eskom without blackouts and reduce CO2 production. I assume after 10 years the batteries start making a profit if the main loans and debt are paid off. An equivalent lithium battery would be finished at this stage etc
I remember the Microsoft saying they don't mind making a loss on renewables and energy storage projects.
Scalability and multiple mandates will drive profits long term.

Long Covid will increase the market for NXP002 but so much is unknown so not worth ramping about.
Lets just get some news on Ebers, Vistagen or NXP004 if the BOD is incapable of getting a deal for NXP002.
There has been nothing of financial significance for us except dilution this year so they owe us something positive for helping to pay their wages.

Quick skim read but just to ensure no misinformation as it keeps being spouted out.
The original $30m RNS from September is a loan instrument that will be paid back quarterly with interest and can be converted to shares at 130% or 25p etc etc.
This will be used to pay back the Nedbank loan of $22m approx i assume and I think BBN might have mentioned this also. Therefore Faramog I do not think we will have the extra cash in hand as it will be cancelled out by paying back one loan. The benefit obviously being favourable rates for BMN in the long run having a II on board.
Still there should be enough cash to expand one plant and the profits to pay for the other expansion.

Todays RNS is $35m CLN's @ 17p conversion rate and 10% interest etc etc which is different. I am happy to be wrong but hopefully somebody who is more versed in finance terms can help.
