We are circa £150m market capitalisation at the moment.
Do the shorters think that the we will have another closure of the plant to warrant any lower than this or we will see another production target miss?
Surely 12p isn't enough with the fees accrued so a big risk unless they know something we don't. I feel the ship is turning for a great future now.

Again my morals are different, I would not accept the bonus after reading the room regarding sentiment and SP performance etc. Another 1.3M shares adding to the already diluted pot.
I think they have deserved their awards previously just not now.

Imagine what it would do to the SP and sentiment if the board announced 'Due to a difficult financial year and share performance, the board has unanimously decided to forego all bonus awards'.

Disagree Pdub, quite a few big CEO's gave back their bonuses in the last year.
I would be ashamed to take any bonus money/shares, if I have not delivered what I set out to do multiple times (I.e. production target has gone backwards and running a loss isn't progress).
In my line of work I have done plenty for free or a discount and not because the person wanted me to but because I felt I could do better and improved things at my own cost and time.
Maybe thats me because of my morals and I don't get a base salary of $400k either. I believe in the company but sometimes they don't help themselves hence the sell-off from big players as they don't believe in progress either.

I just think vote or no vote some common sense and acceptance of multiple missed targets would carry some good will.

Agree they don't deserve a penny of shares until they reward us shareholders first.
Poor management by FM to reward himself and others regardless of how they calculate these things when the company ran a loss.

Dread to think how much vanadium would go into $66bn of rail and $110bn of road/bridge infrastructure.
Doubt Largo and BMN combined could support this without new mines coming online especially if Chinese tensions continue.

Good to see European V205 rising towards $10/lb and Europe over $40kg/FeV again. With every rise there is usually a static period or slight drop so hopefully we can see some V price increases again.

Over a quarter of V production into electrolyte is still a lot of Vanadium.

Jelly what does not make any sense is that you say the future is VRFB's but BMN is not going to deliver.
At does not matter if they do not make VRFB's as they will be producing electrolyte at a multiple premium to FeV or supplying the V205 for the VRFB market so will be making money from it.
If VRFB are the future then there will be rise in V prices and the rental model will be in full swing also.

Obviously impacted by lockdown but these are Q4 last years results.
· The SDO recognised $13.2 million net revenue for the quarter;

· Cash costs per 4E PGM ounce increased in Rand and Dollar terms to ZAR17,008/ounce and $948/ounce quarter-on-quarter (Q3: ZAR8,673/ounce and $565/ounce) due to reduced production and high proportion of fixed costs;

· A positive EBITDA of $4.2 million despite the drop in ounces and its consequent effect on operational costs in Q4;

· Net profit of $2.2 million (Q3: $25.3 million) due to the lower production in the quarter;

· Bought back a total of 5.6 million ordinary $0.01 shares at a total cost of $3.4 million during the quarter; and

· Cash balance of $55.9 million after share buybacks during Q4.

Bizarre a company making such good profits at a lowish market cap drops so much but as you say reporting based on previous year's quarter does not help.
Await dividends I suppose in the full report and keep adding. I wish all of the companies I'm invested in had numbers like SLP with no debt but in AIM logic does not follow.

Yes Filter try 75-80% down on a 5 figure sum. Still not sweating until they announce everything they have tried has failed NXP002, NXP001 and NXP004 etc.
At the moment I feel like NFX is in the middle of a mid-life crisis followed by a divorce to stick the boot in.
Things can only get better you'd hope as there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.
