It’s interesting somebody set up an account just to put an article up To say that YD are a Chinese investment company. It does not matter to me and hopefully they take over for £5 a share one day.
Desperate times desperate measures but all a good sign for me.

I think by keeping cash in the bank and extra profits after quick expansion will allow dividends in the future.
Those Dividends will allow all those shares to be gobbled up quickly or kept by YD to enjoy a regular income.

In some respects, this SP is good to make it harder for the amateur traders to dip in then dip out soon as soon as a RNS lands with a spike. People need to work hard for their money :)

I wonder if the world bank/Eskom will be putting money straight into Bushvelds accounts worth a lot more than current profits. Surely there must be some agreement for energy storage and Fortune is seeing massive profits from this side that he doesn’t want to share.

Due to the revised payment terms the transaction is now expected to be completed on 07 November 2019 ("Transaction Closure").
Missed this part earlier but I suppose now finance is in the bag its a done deal but cannot collect profits until then. Will still not matter considering $12.5m is saved so worth the delay!
