Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It will be the USA and European prices that will be affected Calamari, where majority of the V products go.
Also whatever goes to China will barely cover the huge VRFB projects going live in the next two years over there.
I liked the last RNS because we know majority of the data and unknowns will be relayed to us by Xmas.
Compare this to Alistair saying see you in 2023 if you want any news and that was a few months ago as well.
Seems like there’s been a rocket in plans since Dan has joined ranks.
Some huge projects in China if you scroll through MN’s LinkedIn. Hopefully this rockets the V demand and therefore allows the funding for BMN to become very profitable and servicing its own energy production with huge VRFB’s and expanding production in the next couple of years.
I’m not bothered about Cellcube etc at the moment as I feel we are a long way from making money from them. We just need a rocket in V prices.
True about low prices.
I don’t pay £140 per month at THG gym/club because I want to pay the lowest but I want a good service and equipment. Seems business as usual there and whenever I’ve seen MM around and he seems pretty chilled like business as usual so no qualms investing at the low prices recently.
Who cares? Maybe you care a lot to be here, that’s why you keep posting more than anyone.
you can carry on posting negativity but I think majority of us are insulated from any emotion on this share.
Our exit point was long before you set up two accounts for your altruism.
Andrea - Looks like the US ferro-vanadium price is falling; now at $19.75-21 per lb, a second consecutive decline after dropping from $21-23 to $20-21 last week.
Hopefully BMN are getting the Nitrovan equivalent prices sold to USA in bucket loads.
It's behind a wall so if anyone has access to it please cut and paste the broker note.
I had a fish around the BMN website to see if it is there and noticed the updated website only now. Glad to see they are looking to go places and attract investment

“The real test of whether you’re investing… is whether you care if the stock market is open tomorrow. If you’re making a good investment… it shouldn’t bother you if they close down the stock market for 5 years.”
~ Warren Buffett
I think many of us are pretending the stock market is closed for 5-10 years with regards to BMN. I'm just waiting for the end game when Fortune completes his plan.
Whatever short term pain Putin causes with escalation, cutting gas etc, he will have decades of lost business and revenue. This will accelerate renewables and reduce energy costs in the long term. There will inevitably be reduced reliance on Russian commodities as Europe adapts and this will be the thorn in his long playbook.
Majority of the people only see the short term future like with BMN and this may not not look rosy I agree. However history has shown us many crashes/recession end up in recovery with a prosperous future if you can wait.
My hope for selfish reasons is that Russia reduces its V production so we get a fair profitable value for sales like the spike :).
NB. I have seen that container shipping costs have reduced from $20000 to $3000 in 1 year so this bodes well for BMN as the logistics and availability has improved.
