I have to agree with shatter, this is looking very good for mid to long term, I think it was (quite recently) 55 pence before their recent profit warning which took it down to the 17 pence range............... DonACE, thanks for your kind words, If you have some time it would be great if you can add your 5 pennies worth here, it seems a few of us are considering this on the long..........and merry xmas to you too .....Cheers ;-)
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - William Ransom & Son PLC said the Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has concluded that a voluntary recall of all products containing purified water from the company's Witham, Essex facility is no longer required. The pharmaceutical company said the decision follows MHRA's detailed review of the analysis of data prepared by the company's own and independent experts. As a result, William Ransom's Radian, Valderma and Pavacol brands are not subject to recall, it said. The company also said that the MHRA is close to concluding its review of all of the other products manufactured using purified water at the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing facility. It is expected that a significant majority of these products will not be subject to recall, William Ransom said. The MHRA has also confirmed that it will commit to an early re-inspection of the facility with a view to re-instating the manufacturer's licence well within the three-month deadline originally imposed, William Ransom added. Hopefully it's a buy, I guess the clue is the Trade Prc of 10.50 - which would imply its a buy ??????? Even if it's not, it looks like another impressive day with buys V sells volume.....any suggestions for tomorrow SP ?
Mmmmm its a good question isn't it ! I guess the undisclosed source or the facts will need to be confirmed. If true, I would assume an appeal would be lodged with the regulators. So, in the short term probably LITTLE CHANGE in SP..........but mid to long I would think this could play a blinder. Good luck. Monday / Tuesday coud still be very intresting.
The inspection "found some evidence of deficiencies in the company's control and investigation of microbial contamination of the purified water supply used in the manufacture of certain products", a statement released by the company said. According to an undisclosed source, there was no contamination at the plant and the MHRA's investigation findings were a result of an erroneous reading and an "oversight on paperwork".
Padded cell, nice view, what time they bringing your lunch ?

You said........."i think this may close at the current price (162.5) and rise again tomorrow." Your CORRECT !!!!!!! It looks very promising tomorrow, especially with the interim results, dont expect there to be any surprises with the interims....so could be a strong recovery ish.......good luck for tomorrow.
Hope your right !
What with interim results announcement tomorrow, you could assume that this will claw back much of Mondays losses......anyone else on this one ?
