That IPO is a fraud......no circuit breakers could have helped today. Shame on DX. on whatever they are planning to do. Any takeover less than 50p is bad considering offer price.......was the IPO just a scheme to take money then run the SP down? FCA got to get tough with schemes like these.....I saw it in HOME and PLND......offer price were engineered......0% premium.

Dx. did acquire another delivery company last year......so what is your real reason! You missed the chance to short? Look at the director buys last year....great pain for them as well but it's a sound business that has contracts with UK gov!

debt is not huge and they are not city link as they do more secure deliveries.....passports, documents and parcels....they just bought another delivery company.....and are expanding with a new hub! Research before !

i know, just meant why pay high divi last year............this share should be s small value / growth share. DX. should have been making itself ready for a 60p - 70p offer.

looks like a cheap takeover offer is coming.......i won't be selling at any price below 40p. smart move considering dunlop sold for 137m, sure SPD can spend 100m on FC. I want ASOS or Boohoo to jump in and bid as they can easily raise cash with their fake revenue........

dalooks1 - I am thinking 70p should be good enough for anyone who averaged down. 50p is the fair value so we need some premium on top hence my 70p target.

Sure takeover target for any sensible CEO of an overvalued company like ASOS, Boohoo......even Amazon can buy FC without sneezing......FC trumps ASOS / Boohoo anyway - ladies brand.
