Well that pretty much sums everything up and gives a strong argument for an investment here.
It's a buy and easy hold for me, and I can sleep at night.
No con artists here, the CEO has a proven track record and serious skin in the game.
As for investing in resource plays, too stressful for me, waiting on results that can wipe you out.

Rampers on RMP saying 20p on oil shows. Here they are saying it will open 100% up on next RNS. That's still below my exit price so plenty of time if I decide to wait on results. And loads and loads of time before this is 39p year end ;)
