Bottom line here is gamblers jumped on the Bondholder news, got themselves spiked because they weren't quick enough to bail, and are now convincing themselves that NTVO are a professional gold mining outfit with a BOD that has shareholders interests at heart.

Don't worry, the £0.5M Mcap changes tomorrow when shares in issue increase from 184M to 324M significantly diluting your £5K (1%) holding.

Those historic accounts showed the BOD were taking over £400K in renumeration.

Luckily they've added extra shares to increase the £Mcap so the percentage they take out versus what the Company is worth doesn't look quite as ridiculous as it used to 😀

Premium raise which was 30%+ discounted to what some poor souls had paid the day before 🤣

Is £150K enough to last until they actually get anything out of the ground?

It's obvious to mostly everyone here now that you don't have anything of worth to offer.

The battle cry of "why are you here"? is used on many forums by clueless rampers who are unable to formulate a counter argument to those that give a balanced opinion.

If I think there is money to be made here I will say so and my opinion won't change depending on whether I hold or not.

This is a stock to trade, not to hold for any length of time (bag holders might disagree) and certainly not to fall in love with.

Oh, and as an aside, since you're relatively new here it might be worth your while to look through the latest accounts and work out what percentage of the £Mcap the BOD were taking in wages.

Granted, it looks better now since they've boosted the Mcap with extra shares, but still......

If you care to look back you will find my opinion regarding this Company has been fairly consistent.

1. It's uninvestable

2. There is money to be made under the right circumstances (last week a prime example)

3. Do not go in heavy, exiting can be very problematic

4. Be nimble

What really boils my p iss is rampers who know sweet f a about NTVO spouting all sorts of nonsense because someone will fall for it and end up holding the baby.

Facts of course are a thorn in the side of said rampers, that's why they get all salty and turn to petty insults because they haven't a genuine response.

Indeed it was priced to go bust, or at least it was priced accordingly due to the fact the Company is skint and months away from any production.

At £350K Mcap it was worth a punt in the knowledge (been here before with Echo in 2022) that it would spike on Bondholder approval and then they would Place.

The trick was being nimble on the spike, thankfully new rampers chased it up allowing folk to exit.

So whilst the Bondholder approval is obviously a step forward, the reality is that nothing else has really changed except they managed to raise some cash to continue operating for now and increased shares in issue by 80%.

On July 3rd the Company claimed a further month of fieldwork, sampling and analysis was required prior to any production taking place 2 months later.

So the next news should be an update to that status.

Best scenario production can start sooner than originally expected.

Or, more work required, delay to production, jam tomorrow.
