It should never be forgotten how the board tried to wipe out the holders and threatened to walk if they didn’t get their own way

I doubt the SP will increase significantly whilst a placing is imminent , maybe we’ll be pleasantly surprised but let’s be realistic

You’d think he would just buy it cheaper in a few weeks? Probably only so much he’s allowed to buy in a raise

The directors that never purchase shares unless forced to do so in a raise are now buying large amounts when they can do so at a cheaper price in the coming weeks through a raise .. do you even think before you type

Mr average , they also say they explored other avenues before proposing a raise at 0.2p and then threw a strop threatening to quit if it didn’t go through

What they say and what they do are entirely different

Happy to be proven wrong but they will not place at a premium , who is going to buy shares at a higher price when you get cheaper from HL etc

Rather telling the best RNS in years is a raise diluting the company further 😂

It’s insane that’s what the board wanted to do and they didn’t get voted out

They tried making his shares worthless and said they’d seek employment elsewhere if they didn’t get their own way and now he’s voting to keep them in cushy overpaid jobs

I was very pro nugent until his total 180 , they had a public slanging match and he made the board look very stupid by getting the placing cancelled

Now he’s their best mate voting them in and signing NDA’s .. he has been compromised 👍🏻

Use some critical thinking fb , the board is suppose to have the shareholders best interests and they clearly haven’t for years

What ever shady deals they were prepared to do to water it down at 0.2p they can do it now if nugent gets his share of the pie

What are you even crying about .. the board literally tried raising 4 billion shares for peanuts , nugent effectively had every shareholder on his side and was able to block it

You should try giving your head a wobble and not see the red flags now hes entirely on board with them

Nugent siding with the board makes it more likely though that we get shafted in a placing .. now hes on side with them he’ll get his cut from any shenanigans and won’t block it his holding like he did
