My taking of it is there will be 38 million new otc shares put onto the market for the original percentage purchase of casa which can be traded straight away once this has taken place.In order to purchase the second percentage of cassa a further 100m otc shares will be issued when this takes place they will be not able to sell any stock for a six month period.So imo i will wait and top up in the coming months.I think thats the jist.

Leave these in my isa and will top up in the coming months.Quite a few new shares to churn over now but can see news flow coming in.GL
