Who knows what's going on here, today only 2 reasonably lumpy buys and all under the ask at the time. Who's happy to let lumpy buys go less than the ask? Or is the bidder grabbing some weakness mid market? Who know...like I said rinse repeat here until it's done or exhausted and the price can march on again. Possibly a big day coming to milk late 3's and early 4's before rinsing it again.

I suspect the reason why we are down here is because of Calgary, book was very weak and didn't take much to push it down. All about rinse and repeat until it cannot be done anymore, clearly there's a bit to go before we are up and away truly past 5-6p........ Come on get that takeover bid in

Going on from my earlier email, we could raise the entire lot via bonds at a coupon rate of around 9-12% depending on appetite and retain 100% of the asset. I am starting to think we are going this way, 25k of condensate daily using a forwarded discounted model at 100 usd and 40 usd cost/ 1.5 million usd a day, 10.5 million usd per week and 546 million usd per year. Bond repayments more than affordable, if we go 100% than we are talking £'s here for each share.

2 wells and an injector, using the appraisal as a development. Possibly as low as 300-350 million dollars, totally do-able through external finance- bonds, banks and so on. A lot of cash swirling around the globe with no place to go for real return.

I am not totally convinced we actually need a farm in partner, investors yes but farm in -not necessarily. If CAPEX is low enough with 25k barrels a day, project debt finance could be raised through multiple streams. We could even forward sell the asset at a reasonable discount to finance the project start. Many many options to do this, quite exciting for all going forward.

I think it's quite telling that we have Brimacombe who was Vice President of Canaccord Wealth Management for 24 years in Canada and is still there investing on behalf of rich clients. Brim has serious connections, invested in Rupert at 0.60-0.80 Canadian dollars and now its worth over 5 dollars. He owns just under 10% now of that company. BOR is off the grid totally for these guys, BRIM history is with Canadian stocks only so there has to be a reason. He started investing before Russia invaded so its not that, knows something for sure.......

Holding pattern- sleeping pattern more like...... 241,888 on the ask at 5.36p. Whats the betting this strange amount gets taken out on an A trade later? Right now for bits and bobs you can buy at 4.75-4.85p and sell around 4.45p

They touched on the smaller development route a while back, seemingly obvious to me really but least they have done their technicals and this is the main focus now. I also thinks this ties well into debt finance and self funding with 100% ownership, they could get a deal with the drill company for some form of profit share also. I believe this B plan could be the catalyst that provokes agreement with the farm out or a bid for the company.

All I can say Mr Bond is the man from Calgary who owns 41.5 million shares and increasing seems to believe in the force here and isn't here because we were just cheap. Today was final results and yes a few including me were hoping for some juicy bits in the results but I suppose this never normally happens within final results and merits its own RNS. Not sure I have ever seen a positive thread from you to date, not good for the soul you know........

And Calgary continues buying....... for me a bid is highly likely now

JPNEB well I think that could be the B plan, we could get a drill down there and utilise the appraisal well for initial development for starters, CAPEX could be low enough for bank, institution and private investor finance to get the whole think going in this very high oil price climate. The board could hedge to lock in these prices for several years forward as well.

Its almost a no brainer/ CAPEX say 350 Million USD/hedge the production/borrow the funds with guaranteed return.

Finance repaid 24 months and into profit.

Going from 10 wells to just 3 to start with will seriously reduce initial CAPEX and make the whole project very affordable to the extent it really is a no brainer. Obviously makes sense to get the cash in from the initial 25,000 barrels per day then ramp up the project. The CAPEX could be very low indeed now and whoever we are talking with right now should be obviously delighted with the plan.

Brent crude just touched 118 USD- BOR asset value (Darwin only) and 100% owned is now a mind boggling 55 Billion Dollars/£43.4 Billion Pounds. Market cap- £27 Million LOL Calculator must be upside down or faulty- surely....

The journey up to 5.28p today wasn't very convincing so I wasn't surprised when it pegged down a tad. The 4's seem to be the place to be right now for buyers and sellers, but they won't last forever and we should be firmly in the 5-6's very soon (again) Bullish technicals all the way to 8-9p without news, with good news the sky's the limit.

Nice swift raft of buys earlier, over 1 million which put us into auction twice this morning. Lets see the 5's again or even 6 again later....

Well they are delaying results for a good reason, even RKH posted theirs today. Bid getting itchy down at 4.35p and offering 4.5p for 100k and 1 million still within the 4's. May have to go up to entice sellers, ask not getting bitten into either- all quiet and a little too quiet. Something to pop soon???

Hi Anth, my last buy was 5.7p I think but not a big one, last big buys were in the late 4's . This will come good and soon I think. RNS tomorrow?

Calgary purchased their last 1 million shares at 5.5p (I actually watched the bid ramp from 5 to 5.5p and the ask went with it). One hour later came the RNS, saying the threshold was crossed that day. If the big investors are buying at 5.5p then as per my other 2 recent posts- this drop is false (bear trap) Good Luck for the week ahead.
