Explains why the MM's wouldn't let the price go when the transformational news was delivered. Interest increased to 35% which will increase the monthly net revenue to $111k per month or $1.3m per year. In addition to this the company will continue to receive the service fees so all in all $160-200k per month or $1.9-$2.4m. Fair value now circa £8M-10M

Moves very quickly, spread narrows with volume although MM's not helping the cause -If they want big volume then they need to facilitate this.

The past is the past, today's update is a massive step forward and hugely transformational, gla.

Just a few months earlier fees/debt were settled at 0.10p per share, 200% premium to current price. I'm expecting similar transactions on even better terms after today's transformational news.

They currently have enough cash to get by until todays deal starts generating monthly free cash flow, which then releases access to their other assets - hency why it's a real game changer.

Hard to justify the sub £1m valuation after today's news. If it carries on like this I will also flag this with the FCA, the spread was absolutely obscene today despite very strong volume.

Avsolutely riduculous spread, MM's will have to let this go soon. Buys outnumbering sells by some margin.

58 future drilling locations

“Behind pipe” opportunities (untapped zones in existing wells)

So up to $1.44m per yr, mcap just 900k. On a P/E ratio of 8 that gives £8.5m valuation so 9 bagger potential on this deal with more to come

💰 How ADM benefits

ADM is putting in only ~$100k, but gets:

50% ownership & voting control in the JV

10% direct economic interest in the assets

Option to increase economic stake to 35%

Potential monthly cashflow (estimates):

~$72k/month initially

Up to ~$111k/month if they increase their stake

Plus extra income streams:

$10k/month for 30 months (acquisition fee = $300k total)

Admin/service fees (with a 20% markup)

Possible additional income via its subsidiary Eco Oil
