Holiday here in Canada tomorrow, I see our friend is in full force again, maybe a bit of a down day Monday, hold tight ! no worries here , we all have good reason to believe PSC is on its way

If my memory is correct, Mozambique where looking for changes and I believe Exxon where going to lead and set the standard in how the new contracts would be laid out , I do think that has been done , but it’s a get in line process and I believe there’s a few in front of us first to get there contracts negotiated, no reason to think Mozambique is any difference then Nigeria so ??? ...but it was mentioned in the last MD&A that it’s on the books for 2020

Good to see its mostly all out in the open now .. know really surprises.. we do have almost a week still , even if that’s not the case ? No worries, back to waiting

I think everyone is satisfied with the current contract, shorecan , can and will probably buy there remaining percentage... I’m thinking down the road 2/3/4 wells , a major will take notice! Long ways away though

Be logical people, there’s due process not being renewed, 60/90 days , do your research, contact the company,they just don’t phone you up a week before this expires, “ oh ya , about that PSC extension, sorry “ and if there was a notice on someone’s desk we definitely would of heard about it .. leads me to favor the extension is on its ways , patience! Another gone but also one week closer ..how about next week ?

Cathy could not possibly know when the PSC will come in ,let alone tell someone on a blog site .. could get the extension tomorrow, 2 weeks, or ???? Don’t bet the farm on what she’s telling you

No surprises today, let’s remember, old news .. the latest news is what counts ,debts settled , money in the bank , new contract.. let’s be patient , extension on the way... noticed no has mentioned another acquisition and Mozambique are on the books for this year still ?

My guess is , it’s a one last chance scenario.. there’s a lot to sort out to prove to the powers that be , that this will get drilled with due diligence hence the amount of time being used here..

You make a good point and I do agree .. my point was , I just think until this issue with the new contract and PSC are sign on the dotted line we might not be hearing anything, information lockdown, material news , however you want to word it , I think the extension to the filings are a guess as when he thought this would all be finished?????

In Canada someone has to sell in order to buy , you can’t have one without the other... I just want to add that I think it’s unfair to say Art is at fault for missing the deadline , which really wasn’t a deadline, essar , and Nigeria are the ones hashing this out right now

Intends to have the filings done but august 31 , but has 45 days , September 28 ???????
