Come come Mary, I think one should give the shorters a little more respect. Petrofac is still way down and we are now in February. Some time on since JPM were selling and the shorters were increasing positions.
This is starting to look quite a complex picture, I believe the lows of dec are going to be seen again.
I'm personally still convinced non-core assets will be sold, but the liquidity situation still exists, like it or not. Trading out of it cash wise is not an option I believe.
A rights issue is not off the table by any stretch, but one would have to conclude, unlikely.
