Important to remember part of today's RNS about the appointment of Osamede Okhomina as new CEO of ADM Energy said Osamede Okhomina's was a PAST director, of "...Energy Equity Resources (Norway) Limited..." which "entered into compulsory liquidation on 6 February 2019..."
The above company appears to have been/be a subsidiary of parent company 'Energy Equity Resources'.

ADM Energy wasn't - and isn't - in partnership with Energy Equity Resources (Norway) Limited in the Aje field.
The subsidiary of Energy Equity Resources that ADM Energy (or an ADM Energy subsidiary) is in partnership with is '
EER (Colobus) Nigeria Limited'. I am not aware of there ever being an announcement that EER (Colobus) Nigeria Limited is in liquidation.
As well as being ADM Energy's new CEO, Osamede Okhomina is thus Vice Chairman of 'Energy Equity Resources' AND a Director/Partner of what appear to look like a number of Energy Equity Resources subsidiaries, including 'EER (Colobus) Nigeria Limited'.
