Share Price16 Aug 2018 10:31
I've been in BPC since 2010, buying in at 3.22, selling at 16.55 then buying back 9.22. Thereby I'm just into profit at the moment, but if BPC crashes it will represent a £10k loss for me. So now let's get some perspective to these short term share price movements;- Currently a 30 million trading day is big but that's only 0.0954% of all shares allowing for an equal balance of buy/sell. With such a low number of shares trading there is only a small chance that it really affects the price and the price is therefore managed. So speculation on what the movement will be today or this week/month is just that - speculation. 54% of shares are held by just 6 fund managers so a sell out would need their approval, while only 1% is in the hands of directors. Those large holders are sitting tight and any buys/sells are only by us the general punters, some of whom are day trading. I believe BPC will eventually become a jackpot for those who hold a sensible number of shares in relation to their risk perspective. I am holding forever - win or bust. Good luck all.
