The end of an error. (Puns intended).
Onward. And upward.
They followed him to the end of the earth to see if he fell off. Lo and behold they all did.
By the way, anyone seeking compensation can take it from the money left on the table at the Court of Arbitration.
PJ's on tomorrow, back on the Peloton bikes.
Rags, why are you asking me to solve all the companies future problems?
I have gazed into my crystal ball but the batteries seem to have run out.
All I know is that there is a growing number of II's who are not happy and I have dared to voice my opinion on the leadership of this company.
All I want is a reasonable return for my risk. Same goes for all the other companies I invest in.
A straightforward dividend return, post arbitration, would have kept me happy.
If you are no longer invested, does that mean you are merely being a sideline agitator?
According to the latest voting form:
Simon and James want compensation, the BOD want authority to exceed borrowing limits , 53 million quids worth of shares to be issued to pay for the merger and 'special bonuses' for people we don't know.
This is how they propose to spend our money.
What happened to Modi's Billion? Have they managed to make it completely disappear already?
USE YOUR VOTE.
Most brokers don't care one way or another. they will withhold the vote and it will not count . Ask them to send you the voting form.
The share price was £3 a pop when Phil Bentley took over as CEO.
The share price tanked after a detailed inspection of the accounts that Phil inherited from Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith.
Phil has substantial skin in the game which he will not get back unless the SP gets back to £3.
My votes are in the post.
I understand that the number of II's asking for the removal of current Board members is in the region of 10% of total shareholders.
If any proposal is properly submitted and seconded, then it must be put to a vote.
All other shareholders votes can then be taken into consideration.
Hands up all those who are happy with the current BOD.
Have I misunderstood 'the NewMed deal replaces almost all of them'?
Does this refer to the Capricorn BOD being replaced?
Have the turkeys finally voted for Christmas?
No.
Simon Thompson is slated to be Non executive Chairman of the merged company.
If shareholders vote for the merger. Some won't.
Anyone else get the feeling that the BOD requiring their own shareholders to sign Non Disclosure Agreements is a little Cloak and Dagger?
Wow.
The masterclass in how to make Modi's billion disappear continues.
Breathtaking.
Boom.
And the gains have gone.
H N Y, anyone know when we get to vote?
Ya Filthy Animals!
Meanwhile, a similar situation is brewing over at Hurricane Energy.
So what has caused the spike today?
Prospects of new management coming in?
If there had been a simple and reasonable return of Modi's Billon to all long suffering shareholders, I may have gone with the flow.
However, I feel that the leadership of this organisation is questionable for a FTSE 250 company. It seems that a do-gooder is surrounded by 'yes men' [people] and the inevitable correction has now begun.
There word 'may' appears too frequently in their woolly statements for my liking.
I may become a millionaire through my share dealing exploits,
With L&G coming on board with Palliser, that's now 10% of Institutional Investors.
IMO, the BOD questioning the legality of the motion shows their utter incompetency.
What say you now Rags?
The board are now asking for shareholder support.
The Board are committed to enhancing value for all shareholders.
Really?
Sow the wind and ye shall reap the whirlwind'
The writing is on the wall.
For some.
If you had a vote as to whether to accept the full Court of Arbitration award or not, which way would you have voted?
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Apathy rules.
Count how many posts on here in the last two months.
The world is desperate for Oil and Gas yet better returns can be had from tiny minnows on AIM as opposed to a FTSE 250 company such as this. Underwhelming.
