The directors are obviously well aware of what the SP is doing as they consider their own financial positions. Maybe with the knowledge they have they don’t think there is any need to prop up the SP as the very large and complicated deal rumbles towards conclusion. They aren’t going to release any news until a pertinent time and they certainly won’t be responding to any PI who throws a hissy fit.
