I agree, I will be looking to add more before the consolidation to take advantage of the deferred share option and of course the current share price. The deferred share might not be worth anything in the future, but you never know.

With all that's due soon, exploration drill (maybe delayed!), potential farm out (not priced in), current trading performing well with mixture of local and international pricing, US back online in Sept (hopefully!) Atom holding and now Greenhouse capital opportuinites - none of these appear to be priced in at all!

Plenty going on - the only concerns is why the need for the last bond raise and the potential to dilute on new ventures with GC/new set up under MAN. If the new ventures are viewed as positive opportunities then this might be what is needed to put investors/traders on their radar!

Crazy valuation at £22m MC - ATOM holding is worth over half of PPC MC currently.

Now the consolidation price is set, can’t see them releasing any news updates until trading under new ticker MAN. Price still very volatile when limited shares are traded assuming this will be different following consolidation. I am hopeful for a rerate in Oct and looking forward to the first six months figures due end of this month.

Deferred shares:

Had a quick look re article 5 comment but have not been able to find anything specific on this e.g vesting dates - I am out and about for a few days so will take a better look when I get back home. As I see it, it could be worth 5% of your current holding (at time of transfer on 29 Sept @ 6pm) but unsure on the terms of a vesting period. I have emailed the company for additional information.

It will be very interesting re the timing of the release of the first six months for PPC, as these are due before end of this month - will they be announced before the General meeting 29 Sept, on the day or after - if investor want to be involved and potentially benefit from the deferred share opportunity, they they will need to buy and hold shares before 6pm 29 Sept.

I have a feeling there maybe some fireworks (in a good way)during this month and next with news announcements - however, I still think Paraguay drill will be delayed into earl 2023.

Also note from the ATOME RNS today that Nikita Levine has been promoted in the last few days and is now a Director of Atome!

Yes, assuming their last purchase was that 580k @ 0.49 on 31 Aug which completed the overall purchase - assuming they build this over several days/weeks.

IMO this is very a good sign and provides much confidence!

Still can't buy any - left it for a little while and have just returned, but not been able to buy any for most of the day now. I've cancelled my limit order for now! Can still sell though - very strange that I want to buy, but no MM willing to take my order?

Do MM's have any stock to sell? Is it just my broker? Is there a buy order in the background being filled? Why not raise the bid to encourage sales... I thought this was the job of the MM - to make a market!!

Anyway, will be a little more patient and see how it pans out.

Pdub, certainly not touchy it's just that some people, for some reason, feel they have the upper ground and feel they can direct others! 3 posts relating to the same stratergy - wow!

Sorry Pdub, I thought this was a discussion board but clearly I am at fault here for repeating myself (I am sure that never usually happens on here!) - I was answering some of the responses from different investors with different POV/responses, but if its upset you and you don't like my way of investing or communicating, then happy to not repeat myself again, so let's leave it here!

Thought we may have had a RNS today before the AGM - maybe clutching at straws but I have been to one AGM where they announced a RNS just before the official meeting started and read it out while simultaneously releasing to the general market - best AGM I’ve been to for a bit of investing excitement TBH. It was confirmed in the AGM RNS that a Presentation and questions will be heard and then posted on the website afterwards, so if no RNS release there can’t be anything new or exciting to discuss. Still looking forward to seeing how the warrants vote play out!

I understand your POV - but I’ll take my chances on watching from the sidelines for a little while longer - catching a falling knife and all that and when looking at the SP decline, it might not have finished just yet or it may flat line for a while - I have a few I bought at just under 6 (£10k) but not investing/trading any additional cash just yet - good luck all in which ever strategy you are playing out

Those 3 sells of 500k within minutes of each other earlier was clearly an attempt to drop the share price due to the low volume. Let’s see how this plays out as there’s a buyer picking some of these up and then another sell of 500k - I will be looking to join in with a few buys myself if this drops further!

Not worried, why get involved now when it’s clearly being manipulated and it’s negative! - if I did buy in big (big for me) I wouldn’t wait for all the profit anyway and wouldn't be able to time my exit right exactly. I would take profits during the rise as the share increase to book profits and maybe trade it as well. The SP could also stay down for a week, a month or 3 months. Why lock your cash in until you see the start or a rerate or sentiment change - I will wait until I see the turn then invest big into the momentum to the hopefully higher levels - all my opinion and maybe wrong - nothings guarteneed. Hope this helps

I really want to build a nice position in BMN, but feel this is being totally manipulated at the moment - I have a few share but not adding just any more just yet - I may be wrong but feel this may need to drop down a little further to clear out the players. The drop maybe quick and rerate just as a quick but I’m not buying in to try and guess this - I may lose out on a few cheaper shares but if this drops to 5 ish it’s not worth the stress TBH - I will keep watching the share price and dealing activity to see if I see any changes - if this does drop to 5, I will take a few more - will keep my small holding to see what happens in the mean time, but this could be be worth approx 15 to 20 in 6 months time is my guess so don’t want to wait too long - Good Luck All

Hopefully news flow continues building from here. No guarantees of course, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a strong update tomorrow at the AGM confirming a large contract win and future confidence into the next few quarters and beyond - Q4 should be good with new orders confirmed & deliveries from previous orders supplied. IMO plenty to look forward to… we will be in 2023 before we know it, time is ticking for the energy companies to start building battery storage units to the energy grids to support net zero challenges!

Hopefully we will hear soon on US situation plus some more info on Green House and Paraguay Drill update. IMO this is looking good at the moment .
Interesting that PL seems to be really playing down the Paraguay drill as he doesn't want spud/drill speculators/traders - not sure why, as the Share price could do with some excitement!
O & G shares seem to be back in the spotlight at the moment - I wonder if any of this new found attention will rub off on investors/traders having a look at PPC and realising it's way undervalued for the expected yearly turnover and furutre opportunities?

I can understand your concerns but I feel Argentina will need to sort itself out very soon if they want business to start to invest big in country - the world is changing and quickly - already a few strong signs that the government want to attract business especially in O & G (they know this resource will be worth a lot less in value in 30 + years… ) for what it’s worth I have a feeling that PL will try and sell the Argentina O & G business and move into more attractive and exiting opportunities - he has a taste for this now from the ATOM performance - might be wrong of course and if so the core business is extremely under valued with over $40m turnover to be expected just from Argentina. US hopeful back online already, the drill (although I am guessing this will be delayed slightly) the gas farm out potential, Green House Generally with the recent announced lithium play. I have a lot of shares here and a nice % holding for a PI so let’s see how she plays out… good luck to you!

Was going to take a larger position here, but the trend is not good at the moment. Will continue to watch from side lines for now - I like the story here, but I will wait until this clear negative trading/selling slows down. Seen this before many times and it just not worth trying to time this situation. All it needs is a good news announcement to stop this continuous selling and then it should rerate! £10k purchased this week but no more buys, for now any way!
