Totally agree not good enough but I don't believe there was purposeful intent to lie. The risks associated with doing are to high for company officers, more so given the number of regulated bodies overseeing companies conduct.
Worse case here is they've overreached a little, a miscalculation (it happens), CEO's eye off the ball and didn't get things double checked or it will be 11000 bopd, just more cleanign up to do. I think some on here have muted about the risks of blowing the well if rushed? I'm not sure how that haoppens as I just see a hole in the ground and black gold below, and across a wide area.
But yes agree 100% with you re Aprils calc's. At this level you need to be s**t hot on the info you're giving out. Embarrassing day for them I'm sure but only PI's can bring the company to its needs if they keep panicking and selling out at a loss or small profit. Cheers for the reply!!
