If premier are talking to finance professionals this is where the leak will have come from. TD is not the type of man to go running his mouth off to the wrong people, he's a astute deal maker and if the deals not right he won't be going for it. As said the deal will be financed purely around debt to revenue rationed if the ratio improves then the banks will allow the deal to go ahead, if not they won't allow the deal!!

I don't see a problem with extra debt if we have extra revenue/profit and the Debt to revenue ration improves then its value accretive. Its only a ratio and if we pay debt down faster and end up with extra income once debt it paid down then its a woopedooo!!!

This would be fantastic if it materialised a little short term pain for long term gain. TD has come in for a lot of criticism unfairly he has done excellent deals and has the long term interest of PMO at heart. Solan was the only fault of Premier in recent years, 3-5 years time I would expect to have a SP several multiples of todays price.

Thanks GB If this 3.50 is achieved by 2021 I will be financially secure and have the biggest smile ever!! but like you say theres a lot of banana skins and well as catalysts before we get there. I Think both TD an RR are aware of the pain they suffered during our darkest hours and do not want to go back any time soon!! Somethings are out there hands though and this is what makes it exciting!!!

Its going to be a interesting time thats for sure mate. I'm really impressed by PMO management I think TD gets a lot of unnecessary stick (please don't give me any for this comment just my thoughts) He's no PR machine but think he's got a firm grip on the company and understands it well. I would love to know what we could be worth in a few years time but guess I'm just going to have to ride it out!!

I recently bought into PMO again and read these posts eagerly daily the last few weeks. I Understand PMO break even costs to be $50. I believe the we are on target to get inside the 3 x debt to revenue covenant. I like to look at positives as well as negatives for me Zama is a bonus if it comes in will not ruin us if not as big as some are hoping, though its already a fair size.

Apart from world war 3, I'm interested to know what else could go wrong for PMO please????? Also if I hold out for 2-3 years time and the share price holds up relitavley well whats a realistic price to hope for them please??
