as we reported earlier, iranian media said that a response was delieverd through mediator ****stan today.

How are Ithaca and HBR valued similar at 4.1billion pounds. Is it the debt? They are 92 and 93 in FTSE 100 rankings at the moment but I can't see how HBR is nit at least twice the company/value Ithaca are

AUTHORISE THE COMPANY TO MAKE OFF-MARKET PURCHASES OF OWN SHARES FROM BASF (A response to this proposal is mandatory)

It was a resolution at the AGM that I voted on specifically BASF direct or indirect. Maybe they have to wait for it to be passed or it may not be but it needs approval from shareholders

It may not if HBR buy direct from BASF and then cancel, that would boost the share price
