The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
A couple of sentences spring out to 1moz inherited from Gold Fields to convert from resource into reserve (if only 50% converted it would extend mine life by 4yrs). Focusing on consolidation, and getting the mine production to Hum. Getting this right leads to unbelievable cash flow generation.
Roll on end of Q2 update : roll on re-rate! I am a patient investor but HUM is screaming undervalued IMO.
Has provided a bit of liquidity if nothing else. I'm full to brimming with shares, but anyone with a bit of spare cash, go on and fill yer boots!
https://smallcaps.com.au/nickel-stockpiles-slip-clean-energy-revolution-revs-up/ And Nickel up to $15,200 and still rising. Makes HZM a massive opportunity at a very low market cap considering they have 2 x Tier 1 nickel resources.
Has suffered from severe cyclones recently with loss of life and flooding. I know that's nothing to do with PAM but perhaps thoughts are focused elsewhere for the moment.
Sad as it is to hear of lives lost, this shows the Mali government are prepared to enforce licensed mining areas from what appears to be foreign artisan miners. Had they refused to act, this would potentially have spelled more financial impact for HUM who continue to work with and support locals, but despite this extend their sympathy to those families who have lost lives. I would not have expected anything less from a very caring and professional management team.
Indeed Brad, we have UK, USA, Australian, Canadian, Swedish, and of course Omani shareholders. Have I missed anyone out? Goes to show how far investors will go to find value like SAV.
I think you have summed up HUM very well here. Just the type of share Buffet would be attracted to; unloved and out of favour. And this is the potential the that I see here. Im not interested in what the share price is doing next week, or next month. It would obviously be nice to see it rising, but in a years time, HUM will be a whole different company, with extended resource, extended LOM, very little debt, and a whole lot of cash in the bank. How many companies on AIM can boast that. Jump ahead another year or two and it's anyone's guess. For these reasons I feel comfortable with a £60k investment here.
600k sold v 1m bought and only 5% rise. MMS must be getting shared from somewhere. Hopefully a good close.
Has DA actually said we have offtake funding, or was it (as I recall) that there were interested parties?
I spoke to DA a few years ago and at that time he was talking mid-cap copper producer which is 250-350m. I spoke again with DA at the last investor presentation on the subject of market cap the answer was anything between 500 & 1,500m ! I really wouldn't be at all surprised if SAV turns into a monster.
Between 15.40 & 14.50 buy trades jumped from 8.18 to 8.40. My guess is another delayed trade will emerge (maybe Mr 250k back for more). A good afternoons trading whilst visiting the parents and trying to explain why I had sold all their blue chip investments and bought a penny share instead! I jest of course........apart from the odd twenty grand ;)
Have you googled Lord Farmer? He knows his onions, and I'd happily follow his lead.
Could be too late to buy at 8p, quoting 8.01 to sell!
Bought a few more at 8p Tuesday. With hindsight I could have bought cheaper yesterday. But like you say 8p will seem cheap probably sooner than we think. Likewise I have some at sub 2p, and all the way up. 10p will be a major milestone.
Another big buy marked as a UT trade, but iceberg says for the electronic exchange SAV is on there are no uncrossing trades or book balancing between mm's. I'm confused @*$&! Can anyone please explain?
Then that has to be good news for a MM to be paying top dollar, thanks Matt.
Shane the 250k was a UT and I'm sure you know thats a MM book balancing transaction. Have to say at first I thought it was the same buyer who picked up 5 x 250k the other day. Good finish to the days trading though.
Hefty accumulations. I count 5 X 250k buys. That's a fairly serious investor or maybe an ii. Either way it's incouraging to see serious wedge rather than pocket change buys
Had the same thought myself. Would be a win win situation for both parties surely.
