Frustration with the slow progress in Oman, but talking to DA before the meeting he is still very certain the license WILL be granted - only (more) time will tell. If a license is granted that will be the time to decide on the best possible course of action for Oman, SAV and shareholders. Likewise Moz approval is slow but allegedly progressing well.
So focus all on Portugal (as if we didn't already know). Dale currently in Perth carrying out metallurgical testing. DA in talks with various private and public organisations about a processing plant in Oporto. He is certain the processing plant will happen but not before Portugal goes in to production, but this is good news and potentially another piece of the European Battery Chain jigsaw puzzle. Plenty of interest in Portugal from Chinese, Japanese, European and International Groups. Also looking at potential for Euro funding/tax incentives etc.
Nothing really new ever expected at AGM's but worth while making the effort to actually have a one to one chat with DA rather than a BB rant.
Don't forget both Teck Resources AND Glencore are significant shareholders in HZM so the company will be on the radar of at least two majors, and I would hazard a guess on one of these making a bid in due course.
Mention of the potential to supply lithium for 275,000 to 500,000 cars per year. Not to be sniffed at for sure.
Correct. EU funding that was never factored in to original equation. Enough to knock 25% off share price. Good buying opportunity.
Funding unsuccesful
Peel must be short with a 1.28/1.68 spread

Jupiter holding under 3% (2.52) so be requirement for TR1 ?
11,622,222 sounds like a final sale to me. Not 10,000,000 or a round number like most of the previous sales.
Let's hope this is the last of it. Great volume of buys today has allowed this sale to go through. Well done all those of you who bought today. I added more myself.
Onwards and upwards!
Spodumene, Spodumene, Spodumene!
DA has said it many times before in presentations, and has highlighted how important it is to have the correct type of Lithium deposit. We have Spodumene at MDB, and we have high grade Spodumene.
The article reiterates this is what the Chinese among other battery manufacturers are primarily looking for rather than the South American brine concentrate. Its going to be a game changer for Australia. Let's hope its going to be a game changer for Portugal and SAV.
A good bounce today.
Bearing in mind we rose 9.15% another 3 x days of similar rises next week would out us back over 2p. We had a number of consecutive days last week with similar rises (hence the herd, traders and profit takers), so not unrealistic in my opinion.
Its also more likely we would maintain a 2p level next time so plenty to look forward to next week.
Thanks Pacman. Been here since July and carried on adding since. Nice to see I am in good company. Cheers.
Some profit taking is understandable here. We had 8-10% gains every day last week. The herd rushed in Monday and probably half those are short term traders not investors. A small drop would be no bad thing, but it's good to see us holding our ground at these current levels. Wash out the traders and profit takers and it will go to the next step up.
Yes but if they were a buy they should have had a positive effect on share price/bid/ask. There was no immediate change therefore I'm not convinced they were buys.
Some largish sells holding sp back this morning but MM's happy to take 2.5m shares from me so we should start rising again v soon.
Wait for the delayed trade buy at 16.15pm
Must have been sizeable.
You could see it coming Spud!
Been building a stake here for a while and added more this morning before the rise.
Look back to trades at 9.00
You will see the spread was .82/.85 therefore has to be a buy
I know......its a crap system for reporting delayed trades.
All David Archer's/SAV placings have been at a higher price to the previous ones, and from talking to DA this is something he is keen to continue.
