Your mum and your dad and some friend who was 50+ have had this horrible disease, you have my sympathies .

However I guarantee 100% that if you had a love one who was TEN years old who passed away because of cancer you would get upset at someone trivialising it by making a joke about it.

I'm not looking for an argument for the sake of it and I'm not being a "fairy" .

It really upsets me that people can be so heartless and have no empathy at all about a terrible ruthless, cruel disease.
