Funding to take the product further will come from a big Pharma or Sovereign wealth fund. It won't be coming from Vela, we just have the 8% stake in the product. With todays news this stake is now worth more. So shortly we should see the SP rise.
Comparing us with EKF and taking out the dispute figures. We have to be worth more? Looking at other companies on AIM, Restore for example has a valuation of £750M and producing profits in line with EKF. Diagnostics will be in demand going forward and eventually the SP will move forward.
EKF Diagnostics T/O £65.3M Profit £11.1M P/E 31.755 MCAP £354.0M
Novacyt T/O £277.2M Profit £132.4M P/E 1.51 MCAP £206.9M
Unfortunately I have just tested positive for Covid having taken a PCR test yesterday and getting the results this morning, feel ok. The LFT test I took before taking the PCR test was Negative. Further proof that cheap China LFT tests are inaccurate. The local drive through PCR site is busier than ever. Personally I think this is not over and testing will be the new norm. Quite a bit down on this share, but confident once we get sales figures and the dispute out of the way the SP will move up to match the fundamentals. TURNOVER+HIGH GROSS MARGINS+PROFIT+LEADING IP+TAKEOVERS+NEW MARKETS+ETC ETC= SP INCREASE
I've been passing a drive through PCR testing centre most days over the past year. Hardly anybody there most days. Today it was packed with cars. I think the 3rd wave is well under way. Testing will need to be the new norm. Novacyt will benefit from all this new testing in our lives.
Looking at the messages today they certainly have a look of a paid feel to them. Some more obvious than others.
Took a look at the Genesig range on the Primerdesign website today. Many types of products and NOT all Covid Related. If you think Diagnostics will be a growth industry in the future, then investing in Novacyt is a good place to start especially at the current low SP and MCAP
Please can somebody confirm that you need to be on the register at the end of today to receive the Poolbeg shares?
I cannot see the new shares be traded quickly. The Net Asset Value of the companies + New Cash should see the share price increase quickly. If you take a look at the portfolio of companies they look a lot better than many companies on AIM. If all these companies traded on AIM I believe the NAV of NSCI would be a lot more than it is today. Just my opinion. Thoughts please.
