I know I keep saying I am new to this investing business but boy am I fast learning what is dribble and what is not !
I am the one that usually says I want a balanced view, I want views both positive and negative to assist in my balance thinking of my I investment but in reality no one tells me to press the buy button and no one tells me when to press sell but of course comments can make us think differently and influence our decision ?
However, influencers have to back up statements with facts, hard evidence not just opinions ! (As many reliable LTH do )

I was once invested in Dulux Paint and the CEO was found dead at the top of a mountain ! A police spokesmen said he should have had another coat ! ????
Now you see my statement is not factual and in fact not a bad joke ( I hope some will agree) but with out evidence it’s just dribble or in this case my warped mind telling a joke
I invested here originally because I got in under two large USA ii’s at 26p and then worryingly carried on investing all its way down after the Russian invasion to try and lower my average. My initial reasons to invest have not changed, just delayed and the more dribble I see the more confidence I have to hold

i agree entirely - didnt mean to put it in the same league as POLY but i took a punt and it paid off but if i get a good chance to get in i would look at POLY first for the reasons you say

@shareinterested - a good balance view i thought

i am very new to trading and wow what a difficult thing it is to learn but when you see your money drop and in some cases rise you learn quickly.
my biggest fault is i am stubborn and found it always difficult to press the sell button once i had committed to a share which if am honest as probably cost me more than the odd times i got it right to hold.
the other thing is i have realised is very often the share moves on sentiment rather than just the credentials of the company

there is no doubt this (and POG) is very risky BUT as the potential for great rewards so that leaves the challenge of measuring risk versus reward?
last night i did that and for the first time ever i hit the sold button on both POLY and POG
i was so pleased i managed to do that and i am fully aware that i could have called it wrong and trust me i am watching closely for an opportunity to get back in and i may call that wrong too but to make 150% plus on both shares made me realise what we are all here to do and thats make profit. i could wait years in other shares to make and whilst i could be wrong and more than happy to live with that and equally more than happy for those who stick it out and make even more, i wish you all good luck
the point i am making we will all not agree but i am happy to see a balanced view point from all from either side of the fence and find a little saddening when the differences we all will no doubt have turn to personal attacks.

so glad held my nerve last month when it kept dropping and i kept buying to lower my average !
i had an average of 22p for what seemed like an age and ended with over 40% of my portfolio in here to get my average down to 13p and now at last i am out the red !!! i confess i did have a squeeky bum at times and still do a little but i hold to my original investment decision over a year ago of buying because of two USA ii's of £20 mil each in at 26p (amongst other thing of course) so back to my original plan i am not looking at these until we surpass back beyond that figure GLA its been one hell of a ride (well for me as a novice investor anyway) and no doubt there will be continued bumps along the way

3.77 to buy now - it was always going to be choppy after pre day rise of 100% but nothing changes for me the upside is worth the risk

managed to top up more at 3.15 very pleased with that !
