I’m really hoping that the SP is only rerating to where it should have been after 1st Assays (3.5 - 4p) - any asset sale should be factored in on top of that, with any further Assay releases + or - from there?

This has a lot going for it, I like the management’s approach too.

I have been invested here for quite a while, including a time where Directors were buying shares at over 70p (and still hold out hope that they will come out on top?) - but when I saw you had bought in here, I was filled with dread, as I remember the show you put on with MET1 - there were lots of emojis and boasting of how many tens of millions of shares you were mopping up, how you vilified anyone who dared to question or dispute your beliefs - it all ended rather badly, falling from 50p’ish, to around 1.5p now? As indicated, the sp was scam manipulated and the simple arithmetic involved (2p warrants) were either ignored or not understood by yourself? So please stop with all the rockets and “fundamentals” - people are capable of doing their own research into fundamentals and from reading posts on here, with reasoned arguments

Is the issue not that there's £400K's worth of shares still to be issued to the CLN holder on a VWAP basis and the 45 days is about up?

Would make sense they're selling a few of the first batch in order to get the most shares possible at the lowest price they can achieve to ensure max profits as that time must be nearly up?

Stop with the cross ramping now please? It’s not trying to help others, it’s just a very thinly veiled agenda and if you own both, please keep them separate.

So the only logical explanation for the SP not taking off after such a positive RNS, is that the £650,000 raise at 1.52p (from memory?) equates to less than 50,000,000 shares - if the ii’s all turn over their shares for a 50 odd % profit - it would mean that the churn should be done with, by close of play Monday at the latest?

Can’t see Pi’s selling at such margins - including WRAP offer subscribers? ( Including me!)onwards and Upwards!

It’s fine blaming the SP on the MMs, but unless I’m missing the point somewhere, the market finds its level through buyers and sellers? Really don’t understand why anybody would sell at these levels …… but they must be? Hardly top slicing / profit taking levels! I, like a lot of people presumably , was working out at what level I would top slice, when the RNS dropped this morning? Keeps it simple I suppose, when it can’t even break 2.5p, never mind 3 or 4p? The mcap is tiny , in the grand scheme of things.

Got in and out here when WeShop was first floated - I lost money , but glad I baled at the time, as it went much lower and even though the loan terms were sorted, it looked like WeShop itself could fail?

1 week ago We Shop stood at around $5 and Wcap traded around .4/.5p - now that is evident that the WeShop numbers are going to be far better than the market thought, valuation increases by 5 to 6 fold - but WCap increase by 2 to 2 1/2 times.

There has always been a weird disconnect better the 2 valuations, which if I’m being honest I still don’t really understand?

Anyway hopefully I timed it ok getting backin?- Time will tell

I sent an email to FCM last night, asking approximate time frame from cores arriving at the lab, to assay results - I had a reply by mid morning (below).

The Labs habitually quote 28 days from receipt....... but in reality it can be double this.

You can elect 'rush' which varies from 100% to far higher depending on how quick the stated demand is.

Yaryls - my account showing the same - 1p come back, but not showing any other info of allocation ( I only applied for £1k’s worth.

PJ - they didn’t say that it was set in stone (have a look at my post yesterday - which was widely ignored at the time?)- they said it was at their discretion - I would rather the money was ours, rather than the drawdown loan and at £400, we get a bigger % than £250k?

So I for one, am quite happy

Advise please? Does the above offer suggest that if this is way oversubscribed - they may increase the cash raise and if they do, how would dilution then affect SP, compared to using more of the drawdown loan and paying interest?

I have put in a purchase order in the above cash raise, any thoughts on % I can expect? I am obviously aware that the SP is so close to the Offer price, that atm it doesn’t really make much difference to me, subject to the Co raising their required cash.

the geologists at Apex Geoscience are well advanced with their geological and structural interpretation. We

Is this afternoon’s RNS saying there is no gold, or is it bowing to relentless pressure from small investors looking for answers, before the answers are there?

If there is no gold - everyone will want to exit, pushing for assay results before they are ready is only going to impact the sp badly?

I would have thought that most of the selling is from the day traders bailing out, before the consolidation, as there will be little for them afterwards?

Personally, it doesn’t make one iota of difference to me whether the sp is .5p or 2.5p, before assay announcements.

Lots of people making predictions on here, as though they know for certain assay results? They don’t and for sure there would be more than 100m shares changing hands in a day, if anyone did?
