Am a holder of a nice little wedge, slowly increasing revenues main attraction, gives one a sense of security to an extent. Don’t believe we will ever be a block buster because we are living off other’s leftovers but there's always a chance that reservoirs have recharged. GLA .

No funding news, no audited accounts, cancelled AGM= Suspension.

Why issue unapproved accounts,when you know full well you are heading for suspension you might as well prolong the financial misery,then no need for a AGM part of which is to discuss the financial situation.

Does the rule book say you must be given time to analyse?????

Unaudited accounts to be released 10am ,time of AGM ,final carve up of the SP before close at 4.30pm on the 31st. Those few hours should be time enough to reload, only problem is won’t be able to get to the AGM which should be very interesting. AIMO.

Going concern statement could be the stumbling block,by the accountant. Lack of information on funding, loan repayment etc.

Delayed again, par for the course.

Come on Dickie get those results out to clear the last of the dross, you can then look forward to Rwanda going live in August,revenue being received ( as long as we get final approval by the end of July)and further investment. This will allow me to get back in and attend the AGM.LOL

Kong1 as far as you’re concerned,I sold last October at £2.73/74 a fairly substantial holding with an average of £.5/6 and that wasn’t the only time ,traded well even when then the price was.14 to .40. Now back here with a small holding waiting to add post results.So crawl back into your hole ,step back ,listen and learn you cantankerous idiot.
