Whats anyone's opinion?

"The Administrator and Talvivaara are engaged in discussions with potential financing and industrial partners for a long-term financing solution for the Talvivaara Group. Certain industrial and financial arrangements for the continuation of operations of the Company and Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd have already been reached so that the restructuring programmes can be set up."
seems to be bouncing off everything mate.... floor / ceiling / all the walls!!!
Thanks...
Do we have an approx idea of when we'll be securing funding?
You're absolutely right Yamaha - this was the final reporting of the bad stuff we already knew about... as you say, cant wait (already) for the next quarterly update!!!
I'll go with a solid 9.5.... i'm firmly thinking we've seen the bottom for today and expect a little bounce action and off again we go!! GLA
Buy / Sell who's checking..... ;o)
LOL - get in quick, it might be a 50% rise today
I understood ABM were having difficulty in re-negotiating thier retail property leases/rental contracts etc - so they will have to foot a reasonably substantial get-out charge on the underperforming shops - if this can be addressed, then as stated before, they have a pretty decent chance with a bit of funding support... Interesting price rise today/this week - is something happening already and we are yet to be informed?
is exactly what i have left in my ABM shares as a value... i will not sell them though as i have virtually nothing to lose with them now except hope that this get some funding, reduces its debt and claws its way back to something respectable over the next 2-5 years... at that point i might be laughing all the way to the bank and i'll look back at this moment and put it down to 'experiance'... In all seriousness, ABM isn't in as dire a position as its SP makes out - IF - it can get some funding and restructure (its debt/leases/loss making stores etc - and the gold price continues to go up)
Up today buddy....
put a bit more in fella, help the needy down here ;o)
i have lost too much value in my shares to sell them, so i have almost nothing to lose by keeping them... i can only imagine a large portion of other shareholders are thinking/feeling the same, thus a slight share shortage. If a buyer/investor can be found, the company drastically restructured (reduce the number of shops it has) and Gold price rises (which currently it is), someone could do quiet well out've the business and us shareholders would at least see an improvement (depends of course how much and when you bought etc - but i'm in the "losing" catagory as i'm sure most are!!)
Thanks for the pointer re the covenant date.... i forgot about that!! I expect that would be news in it's own right, one outcome or another - leading to either further extension or other funding - if its not that sort of news i dont think i want to read it!!
Does anyone know of any news updates on ABM? Has been very quiet for a month or so now...
