2 homes my brother worked with both have it now. Its just a nightmare when the business model is based on shift work and minimum wage. There just is no wiggle room to do anything radical. The only thing I can think of is to use or borrow camper vans / caravans. Let the staff live in them and rotate every 3 to 4 weeks so they can see family. Retest when they return. Hats off to the care / support workers. They risk themselves, clients, and family, for a few quid an hour in the current system. Just terrible.
