Yes I can. During the protracted debate the SP fluctuated considerably, dropping to one point -3%. The SP has now increased to above 4% in a couple of minutes to reflect the positivity. Hope that helps.

They are asking for big trouble and it will cost them if they defer. UKOG will get big bucks for lost revenue etc.

Cooksey is the problem! Deferral is a possibility. Hardly believable. Its a cop-out by the chairman if he allows it. He seems to be encouraging it in my view. Legal position is quite clear. Deferral would result in an appeal that could be very expensive to SCC.
