Yes, the CLN facility is the same, ADL has learned it's lessons and trying a completely different approach. They are not buying a licence and all the shenanigans that was so costly before, they have completely circumvented all the previous pit falls by working for the KSO and having a participating interest.

The previous CLN facility was for projects that are NOTHING to do with ADL's current projects.!

You have been pumping that a CLN is a so called death spiral, when even though the previous projects didn't work out, it clearly is NOT death spiral financing.

ADL, has now taken a different approach to Indonesia, with a co-investing partner CAV (largest by asset venture capital fund in Indonesia).

People like you just cannot accept the company is evolving.

Who really cares, if BMD is a shareholder? He would have lost his 3% as soon as CLN shares hit the market.

We have a new Institutional Investor and Seb Marr took an extra 66,666,666 shares, (he now holds 148,364,867 shares 14.21% of company).

We're approximately half-way through, churning the extra CLN facility shares now, (taking into account the two above major Shareholders)

Also worth noting, if the company was so un-investible (as the same old Trolls keep saying) then why would a Institutional Investment company even buy in?

I very much doubt they will be the only Institutional Investment company to buy in here, within the next 6-8months.

"DIRECTORS ' REPORT continued Going concern Al 31 March 2019 , the Group had cash and cash equivalents , including short - term investments and cash on deposil , of £2 . 0 million . Subsequent to the year end the Company received C5m before expenses through a share placing , The Directors have prepared detailed financial forecasts and cash flows looking beyond 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements . In developing these forecasts , the Directors have made assumptions based upon their view of the current and future economic conditions that will prevail over the forecast period . The Directors estimate that the cash held by the Group together with known receivables will be sufficient to support the current level of activities beyond the end of 2020 "

Mainly because the Directors already know SFX-01 results will be good, so they'll be able to sell the product through Orphan Drug Status. Which in turn makes Evgen Pharma highly likely to be taken over.

All research between Sulforaphane and Nrf2 is positive and this has estimated worth to be $5bn per year.

Yes Mike by the end of August, they should have completed all 4 wells workover and know the bopd from 3 of them perhaps another week for the 4th well flow rates (but should have a really good Idea from the other 3)

Looking forward to seeing how this all pans out.

Really interested to see if they can use BTN-17 as a provider of gas to fuel operations there.

I said the Base 0.15 Not the Bid.! Share Price is currently 0.155. just because some people sell for less is irrelevant just as people would buy slightly above.

You have no chance of shorting at this range, to trade you will have to buy first, I don't think it's possible to take the price much further down, as around 50M shares have tried and not succeeded. If you haven't bought in already you'll need to soon or you'll miss out on a golden opportunity at 0.15p

I believe they'll be more money made using the longer term approach.

This share has had a troubled past , (that cost shareholders dearly) but it hasn't had the opportunity it has now in Indonesia and there's still unfinished business (nearer home) to take care of.

You keep banging the boring drum regarding dilution. As I said to you before, it's ok as long as the MCAP rises too. We know the floor for this share is 0.15p, we know it can't be shorted from this range too, mainly due to liquidity.

As an example of dilution, for you to understand:

UJO (12.1bn) shares, RBD (4bn) shares ,ADL (1bn) shares.

UJO & RBD both have had a major increase in their share prices and the extra shares hasn't deterred buyers or slowed the increase at all.

Therefore you talk out of your backside troll.

ADL is embarking on a new chapter, which has real potential to make big in roads into Indonesia, through production & exploration. Working with a new co-investor partner CAV (largest by asset venture capital fund in Indonesia).

ADL has £1.5M CLN facility funding, if needed, as they have Colter Project still to come and Eagle Gas Ltd still has a role to play with ADL.

It's not just private investor shareholders, who are excited about the lucrative future here as we also have new Institutional Investors showing confidence about the future here too:
