Not really a binary bet is it. They actually have 12mnths to get RTO 6mnths listed and 6mnths in suspension. If no RTO then £6m fundraise for Investing company within the 6mnth suspension period. JN's calibre virtually guarantees the fundraise. Investment company here is not the end of the world as just look at the meteoric rise of his AAA which is going to £2 or for those in the know $2. Even though RTO is actually provisionally done here.

How much someone puts into a share is upto them. IMO

TR1 holders could well be adding but unless they cross the next unit percentage increase then no further TR1 needed. In theory someone holding 5% wouldn't need to notify the market until they went to 6% or bought another 4.5m shares.

So the six months rule is on or before, which makes 5th of July.

I'm holding 3m and not worried in the slightest. The deal is provisionally already done IMO just waiting for announcement now.

If anyone is really worried I suggest you sell as this is really for seasoned investors.

Of course the deal has been ear marked from day 1 and we have to just go through the process. Interesting no TR1 holders have reduced for a while now and what do they say again oh yes follow the money.

It's pretty obvious to me what's going to happen here, they've probably had a target company since day one, they've been closing out deal since the end of May. So I'm actually expecting a rather short suspension for the RTO and could well see the new company relisted in July.

Most BB on LSE has these types of posters where they've lost a few quid sold up and haven't moved on because they're bitter knowing people are going to make a few quid when the boat comes in.
