Perhaps the recent fall in price has to do with the price of Gold falling...https://goldprice.org/
What surprises me is that there are clusters of people still buying this stock... perhaps they know something that we don't. I am just waiting around in case the price rises enough for me to exit with something half decent ... as Rochie332 put it. Lets see where bloc chain deals lead us...
Does anyone understand todays RNS, can you break it down to a simple statement? Looks like some non -UK person has acquired or disposed of a large number of shares and they have to declare...
Kore potash is a great company and it is being run by honest and reliable managers. They have done their homework and built a solid business. You can not compare it to a non-starter company like afpo... Maybe CC should talk to these guys and get some tips but they probably would just laugh at him and say something like 'Mine some potash you numpty...'.
also, cc needs to spend some of his new cash on buying a comb. Anyone who knows east and central Africa would see straight through this con. I warn you guys again, do not wast your money an this rubbish. Look at the guys track record...see for yourselves.
hi share holders, time to buy more shares so we can pay the bod for the great work that they are not doing. what a con.
that was harsh stonedchic. you hurt my feelings. I thought we were all in this together. I was the ying you the yanng. we need balance in here, cant just have the positive. Otherwise we all lose objectivity and more people lose money.
Revenue for the 6 months to 31 December 2017 as expected was $nil or -$263,000. Apparently they have sold something but he did not give any numbers so we can not say much about that. We need something more tangible than that.
Not sure what is moving. Certainly not the shareprice, company sales or profit.
Stonedchic, do you know something that we don't or is it just wishful thinking? do share...pretty please.
AFPO joined AIM in 2011, not sure when the company started but it's been trying to launch ever since. After 6 years you would think they would have sold something right? Well, let me tell you something, they have sold and continue to sell loads of bullshit. I guess that can also be used as fertilize. The only thing though, is all the people buying are not African farmers- they are investors. I bought some, it was pure manure.
The problem with CC is he's always talking about potentials and never commits fully to anything. We have heard all this before and it has just become a loud annoying noise...if he wants confidence to come back, he needs to sell something...make Block Commodities some money to show that it is a viable business that can balance the books. All this Wala nonsense will not make his company worth a dime. When African farmers take a loan, it is a loan and if they default on the load Block Commodities makes zilch...in a poorly or unregulated corrupt market, farmers are more likely to default on their loans...maybe CC can hire some bailiffs with machine guns to go collect.
Loss last year was a whapping-113,000,000 dollars. This year it appears as though we are still not making a profit yet but the loss was a more or less acceptable 27,264,000. Next year I expect this company will post it's first profit... What do you guys think?
Stonedchic is funny like that, but shes cool. Just a little uptight.
Sean, I think the price is low because of the number of individual buyers is low. 20 people buying 2 Million shares will have a more positive push on the share price that 1 person buying 2 million shares. If confidence improves and more people start buying, even at small amounts, you should see an upward move in the price but only if the existing holders don't start dumping.
1st time, learning experience. 2nd time, bad luck. 3rd time, incompetence. Great movie though :-)
A heavy volume price drop means only one thing for certain: There are more shares available for sale than there are willing buyers at the current price. It could mean that a lot of shareholders are dumping their stock. Or it could be that a major shareholder has decided to sell a large block of shares. The law of supply and demand takes over, forcing the stock's market price lower.
over 100M in 2 days and the price is flat. Some small buys getting lower quotes, something does not add up.
Does someone know something that I don't?
